Windsor Leak Detection

I have been chasing after a leak in my pool all season. My pump would not maintain a prime and I could barely register a PSI reading. I changed numerous fittings and tried just about every remedy I could find online. Nothing I had done had fixed the problem. In fact it seem to worsen. I even swapped out a new sand filter to no avail. I called Windsor Leak Detection. They asked over the phone what my concern was and what I had tried. He asked if I could see any drips along the intake line into the pump. I had seen a pinpoint drip. Was told anytime there's a drip there will be an air leak as the pump was pulling air into the system. As small as this drip was it was the source of the air leak. Windsor Leak Detection told me they could come out and check/repair the system but he suggested to me that I save my money and try once again to remedy on my own. I double clamped the intake hose and tightened with heavy duty screw driver and voila! My problem was fixed. My pump now maintains the prime. PSI jumped from 0 to 10. I have the suction needed to vacuum and clean the pool. Thank you Windsor Leak Detection for talking me through this. Although you were not able to bill a service you did solve the problem. Any company that has this kind of consumer integrity deserves consideration. I know they will be the first company I call (or recommend) in the future. Over the years, I have found that companies and individuals with this kind of consumer integrity are trustworthy and conscientious in how they conduct business.

Called Windsor leak Detection because we knew we had lost water in our pool over the winter. They came out within 2 days. They were able to find a hole in our liner very quickly and patched it. They were great and I would highly recommend them. Very friendly and a reasonable price.

Just to add to my previous review, this year our pool had another leak-this time in the piping. Windsor Leak Detection had it repaired in no time. Once again, 6 star review.I highly recommend this company and would give them six stars if I could.. We had a leak in our pool and were losing two inches of water overnight. I called them on Monday and was told they would be here either that Tuesday or Wednesday late morning. Tuesday they confirmed they would be here Wednesday late morning and they lived up to their word. They quickly found the leak and applied a patch. What a relief. They provided great customer service which seems to be difficult to find lately. As I stated, I highly recommend this professional, affordable, courteous and friendly company.

I did not get to meet them but they did show n fixed the leaks,the price and guarantee was reasonable

Called on Saturday morning they were able to get us in for Monday afternoon the guys showed up at 5:30 thoroughly checked the pool replaced two previous patches and rechecked for leaks guys were very professional and informative would definitely use them again thank you for your prompt professional service

Called because my pool was losing water. Appointment made. Company failed to show or to advise of no show. I waited from 8am until 8pm. They randomly showed up a week later unannounced. I was just leaving the premises to go out of town. I did call to rebook and received a prompt call back and they came as promised. They were there less than ten minutes. They immediately saw the problem. Screws on my inlet had loosened. They tightened the screws and were done. This seems to have resolved leak. No dye testing required. The cost of this was $200.00 even after wasting an entire day for them to come. I know one pays for their expertise but was shocked at the excessive cost for tightening a couple screws. I thought it would have been a little less expensive in lieu of them wasting twelve hours of my time. Perhaps the cost is not excessive and I am just ignorant to the going rates. Others can be the judge of that
