Want to compliment your store and staff on the large Steeped tea I ordered earlier. Was only 3/4 full and not even hot. Didn't notice till I was a few kms away. I'm am so sick of the subpar service from THD thanks for nothing

Generally I go through drive-thru however when I do go inside the staff is always very pleasant.

I usually post happy reviews... This time no :( I'm not sure why I bother anymore with Tim Hortons in general. Nothing against the staff here. Once again I went there this morning and I got what I ordered no problem. But I didn't consider it hot enough (which can lead to a safety thing) and the product is just not as good as McDonalds which was 4 minutes away.Last time at this location, the Bagel BELT was missing the bacon. I think I'm well past strike three.

Understaffed, slow, the employees don't really know what's going on (ordered a new wrap and the guy behind the counter told me he didn't even know they had that). Took about 15-20 minutes from walking in the store to get my meal. The employees seem to be trying their best but also appear really tired and burnt out. Management needs to do better.

I’ve been having to drive to a friends place in Grimsby to work since my internet at home hasn’t been working. (Lol Bell). After stopping here for a pick-me-up the past two mornings, Debbie has been the sweetest start to my day! :)

Whole bunches of white teenager kids love to chatting while I was waiting my turn to order. No one served me even a manager there. Eventually they pulled a man who was a colored man looks like South American-Canadian. His face showed unhappy that moment that they pushed him to serve me. If you are a colored person or immigrants, AVOID this location.

The immature drive thru team deserve to be fired! Tried to order a tea this evening and the miserable clerk was tough to understand due to someone interrupting the speaker meowing like a cat. No apology from the miserable clerk, she instead stated it wasn’t her and that she was impatiently waiting on my order. Clearly a bunch of pathetic 8 year olds running the show . The franchise owner should be mortified and hiring new staff!

The menu kept flipping to other items. Made it very difficult to order what you wanted or to see what was there!
