I had the pleasure of working with Villamar during the construction of my dental office at Westhills. These guys did a fantastic job with creativity, attention to detail, professionalism and customer service. They were available when i needed to get ahold of them and fixed problems. Sjoerd was quick to find a solution and again great to work with. I also want to thank Kenny as this would of not happened without him on site. Overall a great team and I would definitely work with them again

Building during a pandemic was a challenge but Villamar made the process as smooth and trouble-free as possible. Sjoerd and Kenny were an absolute pleasure to work with. Always available with creative solutions and suggestions, supportive of my very specific requests and requirements, and respectful. Everyone I encountered on their team went the extra mile and the build turned out beautifully. There is no question I would work with Villamar again and recommend them to anyone.

We chose Villamar construction to transform our beloved 2 bedroom rancher into a two story forever home for our family. The number one quality which stood out from the beginning was the people. From start to finish Villamar and their subcontractors were attentive, polite, available and easy to work with. Because we needed to be out of the house while it was being worked on they understood the importance of getting us back in as soon as possible. They practice a high quality workmanship along with great follow up after the build is completed. We often say to each other, “It’s so good to be home”. Thank you Villamar!

We're so grateful we hired Villamar Design and Villamar Construction to build our home. Since it was our first time building, we had no idea what to expect, but they made the process easy and enjoyable. We liked that Villamar used an app/website to keep us updated on our project (selections, costs, important dates, pictures, budget) and their team is so approachable and kind. They completed our build on time and on budget, and you can tell they care about quality and craftsmanship. I definitely understand why they came highly recommended. We love our new home!
