First Time 3D Printer buyer and could not be happier I chose to do business with RepRap WarehouseMathew, Steve, and Justin were all extremely professional and immensely helpful in what turned out to be a long journeyMy first Printer was from an Overseas Manufacturer - Out of the Box it had some serious issues (I Leveled the Bed - Don't @ Me) - Mathew and his Staff were quick to respond and over a course of a week, 50+ emails, and some long phone calls, it was deemed the machine was indeed warped/ not up to standard. Granted I was local, I am sure this issue would have taken moments to address would I had been able to bring the machine in - Since that was not possible, they gave me some incredibly gracious options for the return process that made it painlessI just placed my order for a New Printer Kit - Albeit more expensive, I am infinitely more excited about it. I have full confidence in RepRap Warehouse that it is easy to give them 5 Stars before it even arrivesIf you value reliability, above and beyond service, and knowledgeable staff, then you owe it to yourself to order from RepRap Warehouse

Great store, big variety of filaments and stuff is very helpful. I wish they had a bigger variety of parts for non creality printers.

Been a very happy customer. Steve and the staff are always fantastic and will help you find what you're looking for. They are my only supplier of 3d printing filaments if I can help it, and I can go through a lot. And first choice when buying a printer. They are all always knowledgeable and helpful.

I came in as a complete noob to 3D printing, asked about 1000 questions, and left well set up and confident. They did a custom scan, and I bought a machine, accessories and consumables. I was dealing with Justin, who was super knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond in helping me. I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I've got a brand new 3-D printer and I have 0 knowledge of what I was doing. Lucas, their employee, Was able to give me a basic crash course in my 3-D printer machine. It was in layman's term terms that I could understand and follow. I had asked a very very open ended question, His response was to 1st answer my question then follow it up with related information about about the topic then point out tips and tricks for potential problems or issues I may have. It was explained so well that the next day I was able to do some basic troubleshooting of my own.From my perspective they're not just selling you the materials to 3-D print they are enabling you to have the best experience well 3-D printing to the best of their abilities.I am coming back for more material and any help I need.

Love this place! Everyone who works here is very helpful with troubleshooting 3D printing problems, and also having quality filament at really good prices. I'll only come here for my 3D printer needs :)
