Ordered on ThursdayMay 6 for a Monday May 10 delivery, Neodent products plus new hand wrench and torque wrench since this product is not interchangeable with standard Straumann wrenches. Paid extra $70 for it to be delivered in the morning and specified after 10 am when our office opens and because the patient was booked for 1pm. Fed Ex still attempted delivery at 8:43 am and next attempt will be the following day!Called customer help desk at 10 am, first lady said that, there was a specific time (10am) stated for delivery ,will track package. Called back Fed Ex said they will deliver by 10:30am. No delivery made. I called back at 11 am, another rep said they will call Fed Ex and call me back. No called back!At 12:45 called back now talking to 3rd individual explained everything again, she called Fed Ex I was put on hold 20+ mins. Just then Fed Ex guy dropped off the package. And my patient was waiting in her car for her appointment!I know the fault is with Fed Ex but Straumann ultimately is responsible to direct delivery times as specified by the customer to the courier company. And not at the convenience of the delivery company.These items were specific dental components needed at a specific time and were ordered well in advance as to coordinate proper delivery. If Fed Ex is involved I will think twice in dealing with Straumann.

July 05, 2022: Even after replying to my review and asking me to email with my phone number, it has been 2 weeks and nobody had reached out to me. Pathetic!Avoid dealing with this company at all cost!Terrible terrible customer service. I would never use Straumann implant components or refer anybody to use them. My customer rep has no courtesy to call back, reply to emails, answer phone or text messages. Trying to correct 2 invoices and return items since 3 months. Phone reps are of no help. Accounting team is of no help. Still my issue remains unresolved. There are better companies out there with much better customer service. AVOID STRAUMANN!

Poor customer service. No body answers the phone and my designated service rep never answers emails. Frustrated
