had my appointment May 26th and explained at the appointment that I was moving out of city by the end of June and would be starting a career in the trades. I was told that my orthotics would be in within 2 weeks. It took over a month, at which point I was no longer in Sudbury. I have called on a weekly basis to try to arrange pick up or shipping. Every time I've called I've been given the run around and been told someone will call me the following week, which never happens (this is going on 4 weeks of nobody ever calling me back). Today I called (nobody answered as I'm sure they're screening my calls at this point and nobody called me back after I left a message on the voicemail.) Guess now that they have my insurance money they are satisfied. Absolutely the worst customer service and follow up I've ever had.

I went there last night to get my eyebrows waxed and it was an amazing experience! It was $15 which is on the lower end of average for an eyebrow wax. Sara did an amazing job she even trimmed and plucked the hairs that were missed by the wax which is something I always look for when I got my eyebrows done. The spa was very clean and a relaxing atmosphere while waiting. I definitely will be back!

Had a very pleasant experience during these trying times. Staff was amazing, very kind and super helpful. Great selection of shoes & jewelry. Relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely return.

De Simone has a lot of nice stuff but everything is overpriced. I know it’s good shoes for your feet. You can get all those online much cheaper. Also make sure what you buy is what you want ( even though sometimes it’s hard to tell). You will not get a refund ! Only a credit or replacement. Every store I know gives refund even online! Shop around people!

Such a great experience. As a first time client I didn’t know what to expect. Staff was so friendly and informative. Answered all my questions about the insurance process, diagnosis and actual orthotics. Always greeted me with a smile and addressed me by my first name. That quality of customer service is hard to find these days. And of course my orthotics have exceeded my expectations and I can’t believe I went as long as I did without them! Such a great local business!

I took my 84 year old Dad for a pedicure. I was so pleased with the service. The staff, Nicole, was professional, pacient and so nice to my Dad and I. The space is new, modern, clean, spacious, fresh air. On top of that there is a section on good quality shoes. Waiting area is lovely, I had tea while waiting. Staff wear nice uniforms and are professional. I will definitely come back for their services. I feel I found the perfect spot and I really don't want to tell you about this gem I found .Great work DeSimone Foot and Ankle centre

Very useless treatment for warts. My friend did the laser, which they promised would work. However, after spending thousands of dollars and months of his time, he had more warts than when he started, and none of the old warts were gone. They do not do more than eye-ball the warts, they could never tell us if some were legitimately warts (she confirmed" that he had one on his toe that a doctor said was simply a blister)

Fraud and Fake treatment, making you fool to make money, never ever go there,Julie told me I need orthotics then told me I needed an treatment till my orthotics came in. Treatment is tape around my heel and foot 75 bucks every time you go and that is once a week.. She told me it would help and it never helped, after taped on my foot it came off after 1 hour immediately to them they said next time it will not come off they will make sure, next week same thing happened and i asked them to refund my money, assistant also trained to make fool people, they said Julie (owner) will call me and will refund my money because it didn't stick on my foot,its been more than month but never call back and no refund my money , fake treatment making you fool .

Had a fantastic experience with these guys! The level of care is astounding. My boyfriend had a piece of glass in his foot, and they took him without an appointment right away due to the seriousness of the issue. It was dealt with quickly and effectively, and another appointment was made to remove the glass two days later. Kareem Salem, D.Ch. was the care provider and he genuinely cared about the issue and was more than happy to help us. I am just amazed at the fantastic care we received from them!! We need more people like him in the healthcare field! The rest of the staff was very helpful and personable as well. Very poor results for the treatment of nail fungus (onychomycosis).Charged thousands of dollars and results did not happen.I requested verbally and in writing a progress report about the procedure, timeline and cost.There was little effort in the response.I attended 18 appointments at several hundred dollars an appointment. Most not covered by insurance.Regardless of who payed it was too much money with minor results.You can get far better treatment locally.I have spent less than a 25% and got 400% better results.
