Payless Laundry
Very happy with the service we received. We haven't used a laundromat in New West and so glad we chose this one. We used the drop off service to wash and fold the laundry. Everything came back clean and well folded and organized !! Very impressed with the service and will definitely use it again! Thank you :)

The person working (we think it is Amanda, but we never got her name) was very nice to my Fiance when she went to this laundromat. Amanda helped her with operating the machines and was extremely pleasant to work with. Thank you for making her time at the laundromat enjoyable. We hope to visit again soon

It's a nice laundromat but you really need to get your dryers fixed or replaced. There are more dryers not working than working! If there are may people there you will have to wait to get your laundry done.

I mean the prices are low for laundry. 2.25 for washer. 25 cents for 4 min drying. However as of late almost 2/3 of their washing machines are broken or out of order. About 7-8 of them are broken 6-7 are working.. So it can be hard to get a machine after work or busy times. There is always garbage bags all over the facility. Doesnt look to clean. Garbages are always full and not changed. The toilet barely flushes and gets clogged. Honest review... The pictures in google look extremely old. Looks.like.the owner just stopped caring for facility.

First time at Payless and was very impressed with the facility! They have these new machines that function great while being extremely reasonably priced, and it helps that the staff would inform you of all the prices to figure out what works best for your needs! Impressive to see the front counter very organized and full of products available to purchase, including a full snack counter to pass time with! Above all else, the customer service was top notch and so friendly, providing tips to save time and money! Thanks Payless!

I dropped my laundry off yesterday they said they could have it done today we're yesterday so I said today can I pick it up around 5 I showed up at 6 and the owner's daughter was sitting on her phone while my stuff was in the dryer tried but not folded. So she said it would take her about 20 minutes to fold it I came back half an hour later she still fully my laundry. So now I'm waiting outside for my stuff to be done an hour and a half late when I'm a busy man I will not be using their drop-off service anymore.

Excellent service. Amanda and her team are top notch. Great place to take your laundry--don't hesitate! It's a pleasure to have them as tenants. Wonderful people.
