WOW! Put quite simply. Amazing customer service at this store. I recently became a customer about a month ago. I've visited 3x and each time was an outstanding experience. I was there today and had the pleasure of speaking to Tony. This person seemed to know everything about everything. He was so informative. I was just amazed with all the information on different brands and particular supplements he shared with me. I also had the same experience by Miranda. She was also very informative on everything I asked with genuine interest in my care. The staff here is a one of a kind for customer care. If anyone is reading this, and wants the best of service and products you've got to experience this store. You will walk out extremely happy.Chad St. Aiden

The store is very very nice, nicer than other locations. The service was also very good. I was looking for a supplement but I was told that not all stores carry the same products, so I wasn’t able to get what I was looking for.I don’t live in the area but I was visiting someone there, I would definitely come back to see what products they have.

I went in the other day and found a really great deal on greens. The specific flavour for deal was all our, so they ordered it for me so I could still get the deal. I was helped by Abby, Sara and Kat, all of who were super sweet and helped me out upon entering and exiting. This will absolutely be my go to Healthy Planet!

Great products but brutal experience today. Cashed out for $150. Asked about the spin the wheel discount promotion and learned that this should have been offered for my purchase after the fact given it was over $100. They said the cashier “must have forgotten” and instead of redoing the transaction offered me a $5 off coupon. When we asked about the promotion neither employee at the counter knew what the promotion was, and had to read it to understand. I have been to this location many times and never offered to spin the wheel for the discount although it’s always on the counter. Get it together Heathy Planet and train your staff please.

This place is excellent and it’s greet to have close to Stoney Creek. Staff are always helpful and courteous.The prices are good. I found a lot of their prices beat some grocery stores. They gave unique items and the selection of gluten free is amazing.The price of milk and eggs here is much better than other places. Keep in mind they have different brand with good farm practices.
