Really frustrated with admin turning comments off on the Facebook page as soon as they see something they don’t like. Also, deleting posts so that cosmin doesn’t have to stay true to his word. You’re providing a service and in order to do that you shouldn’t be be afraid to take in ALL feedback and a little honesty and integrity probably wouldn’t hurt either. At this poin,t I feel like I’m dealing with BigBrother watching what I’m using the internet for, cutting me off whenever he feels like it, makes claims and doesn’t follow through on them and silences anyone who dare question what the heck is actually going on. This business is run so poorly. I guarantee that if most these people had any other option they would take it in a second. Star link is almost here, are you ready to lose your entire business?

We have been living in a rural area for 12 years with no high speed access (no cable or DSL available), we have tried all the brand name" providers from broadband to satellite with no success and at a very high cost..... Fiberspeed (Cosmin) has finally fulfilled our needs. Excellent high speed internet to say the least

Internet is great if you like over 150 ping and 1.5mbps download speeds.

Not sure why so many bad reviews I live in a rural area with zero internet options if it wasn’t for fiberspeed we would have nothing at all internet is fast with many people using it !!! Thank you

Service has become extremely unreliable as of late. The constant outages make this service pretty much unusable and I have had to rely on having a second service provider due to all the interruptions.

FiberSpeed came and saved our rural communities from Xplornet. Bell didn't have any unlimited options and we paid a hundreds of $ for internet. People need to remember that rural internet isn't perfect but he is improving all the time. Fiber is already started & should be completed soon. His website is for maintenance notifications and once resolved posts are deleted. Read the rules of the garage Maintenance page you agreed to. Cosmin is honest and passionate with what he does. You would not get this type of personal service from Bell. Remember, bad ratings are in all providers reviews. Most ppl who are satisfied don't usually write reviews. Thanks for all your hard work Cosmin.

Genuinely thought he was a nice guy off the start. Seems like he stopped caring. As someone who needs reliable internet for work, that what I signed up for. Lately it’s just gotten worse and worse and worse. He will not improve it to where it’s actually usable. I’m paying 75$ a month for internet that’s comparable to McDonald’s. I just want what I signed up for
