Something has changed. Do not recommend. Unless your cool with them using the same gloves to take out the garbage, ring out a rag an clean the counter and the ask you white or whole wheat! Yea without changing gloves. Not cool. Wasted my money pitched out my food. Sad. Used to love it here.

I do not understand the cross- contamination and the lack of hair and beard nets. It's great to have vegetables in the bins as well. Very poor management and not what pita pit used to be. This is city wide in Thunder Bay.

Customer service was awesome. Food tasted good, portion was horrible. I ordered a regular pita and there was what I'd assume was less than a 1/4 cup of meat on it. For a 13 dollar pita I expected more. Probably won't go back as I 2as still hungry afterwards.

I had the worst experience here! I ordered my food and was waiting in line to pick up my order. While waiting, a group of 3 older white folks came in and placed their order. The cashier came over serving station and put her gloves on then asked the group what type of bread they’d like and began putting their order together. Not once did any of the two staffs that was working at the time stopped to check if I am being helped. There was only one order before mine so it’s not like it was busy or I was not quite visibly in the line. I then walked over to the cashier section, called for a refund and said I was clearly here before that group came in and no one tried to process my order. They came over and issued my refund and not once acknowledged or apologized. This is not the first time I experienced this type of behaviour in Thunder Bay. It’s hard living here as a person of colour and will not be returning to this establishment.

My wife has celiacs disease and when I asked for a gluten free pita I did not get the normal huffing and puffing but instead the women said absolutely no problem and not only cleaned the grill but also had all her cooking utensil cleaned and sterilized. Thank you so much to the young lady and gentlemen at thunder bay pita pit yesterday

Good food but the service is lacking. Highly recommend placing an online order for pickup as those orders seemed to be more important than the customers waiting in person. 30+ minutes to get one pita

The young man that helped us was phenomenal! He was super friendly and personable. I couldn't make up my mind so I asked him to make me his favorite pita and I was not disappointed.

Great place for a healthy meal. Pitas and rice bowl salads are delicious as well as made with the choice of the customer. Also has varieties of delicious smoothies
