There's other companies out there and I suggest you try them out. If you do decide to hire this company and are unhappy with the work performed you will be ignored.I think we disagree on what paying for cleaning gutters includes. I thought it meant cleaning (all) the gutters for an agreed price. He had missed large sections that are not easy to reach but still accessible. I wouldn't have known unless I was up on the roof for an unrelated issue and saw it for myself.I expect to find new needles after a month. I did not expect to find decomposed needles, construction debris, shingle cut offs and stray roofing nails in the gutters if the gutters were truly cleaned out. My home looked like it was scrubbed clean without the hassle of having to most things around, although Adam was so thoughtful in helping move items around my house. The solution was gentle, practically odorless and harmless for our dog and did not leave a grimy mess after! Most of all it was all done in just over an hour for my older one and half story home. It was hassle free to organize and arrange my appointment. Highly recommended!

Adam & his partner were most efficient in their cleaning of our home, and despite the initial rain, the house turned out beautifully! Thus I would highly recommend Prima Soft Wash, as for a stucco home, this process is so much gentler on the exterior due to their cleaning by hand, a brush & a soft spray. We were delighted with the results & appreciated their competitive rates.

Had my home exterior siding and roof cleaned. They did an excellent job! Having not had the exterior cleaned in over 5 years, the house now looks incredible. Will definitely have them do it again in the future. Quick and efficient service. Bonus that chemicals used is environmentally friendly and that the soft washing didn’t damage the surfaces cleaned, unlike the possibility with pressure washing.

We had a fantastic experience with Adam and Prima Soft Wash. From booking to confirmation to day of cleaning, the service was exceptional. We had our gutters cleaned and exterior washed, and the results exceeded our expectations. Adam was pleasant, easy to work with, and detail oriented. We will return and recommend to family/friends.

Sadly this company will miss areas and then say they were not considered since they were not exclusively pointed out. As a property manager I expect the trades I hire at a premium to have the ability to assess and make recommendations. This company will not do this. They mismanaged their time and were unable to complete work in the time they first quoted. Requiring several return visits. Each time I found more missed areas. It is unfortunate to find over promised and under delivered work in a city full of opportunity for trades willing to do good work. I would have liked to use them for future projects but I cannot trust them to be the experts and get the work done as needed and make the necessary suggestions and recommendations.

Adam and his team did a wonderful job. They were able to provide fast and competitive quote. Scheduling was dependent on the weather but it worked out quickly. They arrived on time, and went to work right away. My house needed a good cleaning, and I was very happy with the results.

Good customer service - Adam replied quickly and addressed my concerns on a second visit. Gutters and soffits looked great, except that on the first big rain, one of the gutters overflowed and left a stain on the stucco. Some windows were really clean, others had residue left on them from stucco/roof cleaning, so now they look dirtier than before. The actual cleaning solution used was dripped all over the patio fridge(which was moveable) - that will never come off now.It seemed like they rushed through the job and did not do things in the proper order - as in windows should be last. Also, several areas of the stucco did not look clean. For example, the first floor of house looked awesome, but second floor didn't look as bright. I think if they had taken their time and done the job in the proper order, the results would have been much better.Wendy

This guy Adam cleaned my neighbour's red clay tile roof on January 22, 2021, and covered my house with red residue/overspray all over my white stucco. My sidewalk was covered in this same overspray and all the moss that was removed from the neighbour's roof landed on my sidewalk and flower bed. The white windows and screens were also covered in this red residue/overspray.I spoke personally to Adam about this when I caught him on my property towards the end of the day when I came home. He was attempting to begin cleaning my back deck concrete patio which was also covered in the red overspray. He said he would wash it all off by the end of the day. I suggested he do a more thorough cleaning rather than just remove the overspray. He agreed to this and would return the following Tuesday, 26JAN21 to do this work. I asked him to call me first to confirm the time. No call came. Tuesday came and went. I called him Wednesday and left a message. He did not call back. I called him on Thursday ...no call back. I called him on Friday. Still no response. He disappeared at the end of the day, January 22, 2021, and that was the end of Adam Savage.Multiple call attempts to him were left unanswered. Not the courtesy of returning any calls. The neighbour was not happy with the work he did either on their roof. He left a mess between our houses on both properties. The neighbour also attempted numerous texts ...all left unanswered.I went to his website and found a guarantee statement We pride ourselves on making you happy. I thought that the price was too good to be true for having my entire house (roof, all windows, garage, all siding, all of the concrete and aluminum fence and gate) cleaned. It had literally been 9 years since we had done more than power washed some of the concrete. All I did was book a date. They came, did an amazing job and all I have to do is enjoy my clean house and yard. They even pulled out all of the junk" from the back yard that was on the concrete or blocking the siding
