This is your standard shoppers drug mart.For those not from Canada it is the U.S. equivalent to CVS.Offers cosmetics, household goods and a small grocery section.A pharmacy is included as well- which is standard for all shoppers drug marts.Staff are extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Shoppers Drug Mart
Lead pharmacist did not show up for my scheduled vaccination appointment and the other pharmacist told me she was “too busy” to do it and told me to reschedule. Brought in a prescription to be filled and was told they would call me when it was filled. After a week I called in to find out they did not even try to fill the prescription. If I could rate 0/5 stars, I would.

Absolute joke. Zero customer service skills after 5 pm. Waiting 90 minutes in a chair waiting for meds that are needed. And they stop helping to help other people!!

This shoppers Drug Mart has far better customer service than other stores in the city . Pharmacist Amir is very knowledgeable and caring .Post office Manager Michelle is very helpful and friendly . She help me out of the way .Highly recommend this store .

If I could give less than one star I would.These pharmacists and helpers are rude, lie about when your meds will be ready by hours, they hang up on patients, on nurse next door, will not apologize, and do not fill prescriptions properly. They are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.Go anywhere but this pharmacy.

Went to get a needle disposal unit. White lady with frizzy hair was rude. “Go to your own pharmacy” she said as I was handed the disposal unit. Lady needs to take a class in manners and professionalism. I can go to whatever pharmacy I choose to go to. You have no authority to tell me where to go. Very unprofessional. I will be going to my regular pharmacy (Co-op) from now on. As their staff are way friendlier and actually conduct business professionally.

I went in because I needed a prescription filled, as I was completely out, that had 0 refills, and unfortunately I learned earlier in the day that my doctor is on holidays until next week. Colleen in the pharmacy was extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly, and was able to refill my prescription for me.Thank you! :)

Manager is a jerk. When I tried to contact him/her the clerk came back to the phone and said to complain to the Retail Council of Canada. He/she even gave me the number rather than talk to me. Posted prices have a small date on them. If they have the incorrect one posted, they don't have to honor it. I am a senior and the prices and labels are large enough to read. The sale date isn't. Head office was disappointed with my experience and did a great job of answering my concerns. When a large portion of your customers are seniors you would expect them to be responsive to suggestions which would make it easier for those that have sight problems.

I was waiting for my taxi outside and it was taking a while (I'm about to have a baby) & one of the employees brought a chair out for me to sit in so I didn't have to stand!
