I love the food and atmosphere at planted. My favourite is the falafel bowl and nachos. The desserts are yummy too. Check them out if you are vegan or not vegan like me and still enjoy vegan fare.

Always a wonderful experience eating here. Staff are super nice and the food is delicious. As someone who is celiac, I'm grateful for the dedication that everything is free of gluten. :) This time I tried the Breakfast Bowl and absolutely loved it! Their pastries and salads are amazing too.

My daughter & family invited me to dine at 'Planted' with them.As I am a full meat eating monster, I was wondering what I would eat & enjoy. Bottom line, You Just Gotta Eat Here". Great tasting food

Finally made it here after seeing all the amazing photos of daily specials. Very lovely decor and space. Service is incredible and food is great. Had the grilled cheese, curry butternut squash soup and grilled zatar veggies. Fantastic ☺️. I also bought day old donut but sadly too dry, poppy seed cake yum! Brownies a miss for me. Overall great experience!

I visited Planted for the first time on Sunday around noon and had a great experience! We were seated immediately and informed by staff that only the brunch menu was available on Sundays. My mom (who can eat gluten) ordered the pancakes with blueberry compote and they were without a doubt the best pancakes either of us have ever tried. I ordered the Shmear & Lox and was honestly enjoyed it more than non-vegan versions I’ve had elsewhere. Our server Nicole was so lovely, answered all of our questions, and provided transparent recommendations for meal options. The restaurant itself was cool so I would suggested wearing a sweater or having a jacket handy (the dine-in area has high ceilings so it’s to be expected). The atmosphere was definitely family friendly, not formal dining. I ordered 2 donuts after our meal and the crueller was especially wonderful. Will definitely be going back again!

Genuinley amazing resturaunt. Food so good you cant belive its vegan. I have gone here 4 times already, and have loved every visit. Service is great, same with the food and location. Fun fact: Planted's location was originally a church. 10/10 would definitely eat again.

I want to stay Planted at Planted! I am not vegan but have dairy and gluten issues so options are scarce for delicious meals out. The flavoura were amazing! Unique tastes and awesome service. My new favorite!

Crazy good menu you don’t have to second guess anything ! The fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever had and I’ve never seen so many options for gluten free cookies brownies etc ! And great prices ! Will definitely be back

Went specifically for the bakery and oh.my.gosh we were not disappointed. The French cruellers were amazing and the brownies hit every peanut butter craving I didn’t even know I had. Going back for an order of doughnuts to bring to Canada Day bbq

I true gem! I took my friend who was visiting from out of town to Planted because I wanted to show off Hamilton's food sence while being sensitive to her very strict dietary restrictions. The vegan, gluten-free menu was a dream for her! She was so excited see a menu where nothing was off limits! We loved every bite and both ensured we took coffee and treats to-go. But I'm almost forgetting to mention that we love the old church and curated selection of art. Bonus being on Locke Street... Allowed me to show off great area in Hamilton.
