I went to buy elastic belt for my daughter.

What a great place. Excellent cafe too and a chance to see a famous ballerina.

I just received a text asking for information and one was my childs birthday due to celebrating in class. Due to our beliefs we do not celebrate holidays or birthdays. The response I got was Rad dance is not for you and that my daughter would be taken off the list” I am sure glad I took my daughter elsewhere because I would have hated for her to join this so called team just to be discriminated against and treated this way. I will never consider this place for dance to anyone.

I took the opportunity of a Free One Hour Taster Dance Class. The Class was for Classical South Asian Dance.I had a wonderful hour!!The Teacher, Laskmi, and I hope spelling of her name is correct, was thorough in her explanations of movements and footwork.I would also like to mention Gray, who took me to the correct Studio and informed about RAD.Overall a Wonderful Experience!!

Was at Royal Academy of Dance for the Wandsworth Fringe. Lovely location. The seating in the hall we were in was comfortable and the tiering of the seating was excellent, the heads of guests in front were not in line of view.Easy to get to the location by bus or train from Victoria. The bus journey felt quicker, as the bus drops you right outside and there is a lot less walking.

The RAD new global headquarters is fabulous venue to celebrate dance. Purposely built to welcome dancers, teachers and dance lovers. It is inviting, open and bright. The RAD has really set a high standard for the next 100 years!

Avoid the cafe, very slow service!

Waited over 45 minutes for my food to come out cold

I had terrible experience to order items from RAD. I made the order on 30 Jan from Ireland, until end of Feb I received nothing, after a spend a lot of time to ask RAD providing update, they confirmed package lost, they will send another one, I was waiting and waiting and waiting, after one week nothing happened, I asked again, eventually, they sent new packages and in same time, they told me the bag I ordered is discontinued, refunded the bag cost to me, and send 2 x ankle warmers. So I spent 24.61 pounds and waited 6 weeks for 2 ankle warmers. When I sent email to ask them cancel the order, it has no point to send 2 ankle warmers. They blocked my email address!!!! Yes, they are blocked my email, I never used any bad language to communicate with them, but they blocked me. I received 2 ankle warmers yesterday with 2.5 euro import charge. I double checked the RAD website, the bag they told me discontinued still able to make order without any issue. I know I'm only one of the customers for you, you don't care and block me, that's fine, I won't be ordered anything from you again. I'm not sure how it does in UK, If you try to order from EU, forget about it, you can find a thousand EU shops with good price. RAD not only changes high cost of shipping and also charge UK tax for someone ordered from EU. Avoid this shop.

Don't bother ordering anything from the shop.. supposed 3-4 days delivery on an item ordered for valentines day for my wife. 10 days later and counting... Got to find something else TODAY now... Very disappointed as will be my wife....
