Worst experience ever staying here. Called in first to make reservation. Upon arriving they had no debit machine and I was not told that over the phone. It was raining of course. The receptionist told me to go somewhere and get cash" very embarrassing a d disappointing. I do not drive so I had to leave in the rain get cash to stay. First room had a very bad smell number 11 I think. Got transferred and then there was no towels or soap in other room. That's not good guys. Receptionist said she was new and didnt understand much English. For a business like this and in the place located. It should not be.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING"

Paid online the advertised price. Was told I needed to pay additionally upon arrival for taxes" and parking... At a hotel. An extra 20 dollars. Refused to refund me. Rooms are loud and communal bathroom is nasty. WiFi is dial-up speed. Pretty sure my neighbor was doing crack. Choose ANYWHERE else.EDIT: THIS WAS A MONTH AGO. UNDER SUPPOSED "NEW MANAGEMENT" DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES."

This place has a lot of potential but it is not living up to it. The room had minimal cleaning done to it. There was someone's used toothpaste in the closet and random matts and towel on the floor of the closet. The vent behind the night stand was covered in dirt and dust. There was several stains on the mattress protector. Someones beard clippings in the sink. An empty beer can in the hallway of the stairs on the window ledge. The main door says please use door to the left (There was no door on the left when you are looking at the sign, The door is actually located to the right if you are facing the sign). Great location but I will not be staying there again. It's over priced for what you get.

I used to stay here often and the staff were very helpful and friendly but of recent contact it has been really displeasing. Just recently I was forced to pay the fee of the room to cancel my booking. I made a mistake and had the wrong date down so when I tried to get it changed, i was told that nothing can be done. Either I pay the fee (that is the same price as the room) to cancel my booking or pay and not show up. There were times before that I was able to easily cancel my booking (even online) without any issues and that is where i enjoyed the stay. The consideration and willingness to help their clients. I don't know if the one's I had contact with in the past are now gone but the person I have had contact with now was honestly rude. (Note: I have called this place a few times before and gotten the same attitude so this was not just a one time problem.)

Cheap and rooms were nice. Parking was a bit of an ordeal as there are very limited spots available but after contacting the staff they moved their car so we could park, which made everything better. Overall it was a really good stay!

i called in the morning, said i need one room, one bed for one person tonight, that i would arrive between 8 and 10 pm. she asked if i had a vehicle, i told her yes, a bobtail truck, she said she would reserve a parking spot for me. then she explained if i cancelled with in 48 hours, 50% of the $85 room would be charged to my credit card. if i cancelled with in 24 hours, 100% would be billed to my card.i arrived at 1030 pm and backed my truck in. it fit but barely. a nice woman came out and said i could not park there. after a few minutes of communication we finally got on the same page. the person i talked to booked me for friday night, two days away and they dont even let ford 150's park in their parking lot, much less a big bobtail truck.after a few more minutes of communicating and getting on the same page, she told me there would be no charge for the improper booking and to check the motel next door. He had a sign up that he was done taking reservations for the night so i left there and drove to the nearby super 8 and found they were full up, so i kept on driving to the next town.wow. what a struggle. needless to say, i will never go back. best of luck to you.although i did not get to see a room, the facility is immaculately clean and tidy.

At first the staff here seemed welcoming, however the morning staff is a completely different vibe. They charge you extra fees and send you the email invoice a day after your checkout. My boy friend came in the morning from his night shift to pick me up and they charged me for an extra person. They also charged me for parking and limited WiFi. This is illegal as I never consented to these charges and will be disputing them. The room I stayed in was also freezing, locked at 15 degrees in the winter. For this price I would recommend going to a hotel were you at least have a private bathroom. It ends up working out to about the same cost.

Easily the most disgusting place I've ever booked - I had to leave immediately after seeing my room. Some issues include: bedbugs, dirty and stained sheets, garbage from past residents, and filthy window sills. When I went to the front desk to get my money back and complain, the owner apathetic to all my concerns. She said this is not the holdiay inn

Cold room. Loud room woke up several times from noise of other guests. Bathroom smelt gross and Wifi didn't work. Waste of $70 when I needed the i tenet to do work. Very dissapointed and will not be coming back again

Nice, clean room and hallways, accommodating staff, cozy and relaxing place to be. Would definitely book here again when needed to stay in the City. A good place with good price! Thumbs up!
