Randy came out to work on our stove. The service was excellent and very professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem which turned out to be less than we expected. While he was here we also had him check out issues that we've had with a dryer and refrigerator. Overall the service was excellent.

Our dryer had power but wouldn't start and unfortunately Randy was booked until the following week. He walked my wife through a potential remedy over the phone and she was able to get the dryer working again. Will definitely be using Randy for any appliance repair needs in the future - what a great guy!

Our washing machine stopping spinning and emptying after our daughter washed two inexpensive rugs. It was going to be the following week before we could get someone to the house. Randy the owner felt he knew what the problem was and offered to walk me through a self repair/check over the phone on the WEEKEND!! Who does that ?Via text and a few photos Randy successfully walked me through resolving the problem.Randy is a man of integrity. I very much appreciate his help and will call upon Northern Appliance repair again. Thank you again Randy.

Can’t say enough about how happy I am. Our dishwasher quit working. I was able to figure out was was wrong with it and what part I needed. I called around before I ordered from Northern Appliance Repair. The exact part I needed arrived the day after I ordered just like I was told it would. I got it in and we are up and running again. I wanted to make sure I got on here to support a local business that does what they say they are gong to do. Thanks a lot Northern Appliance Repair! The guys where very polite, they removed doors to put appliances in place and hooked everything up, then put doors back in place. The stove was damaged so they ordered me a new one and it will be here in a week. They took the worry out of me having to reorder which I was thankful for. I would use them again.
