The staff is really nice and egar to help! The only downside is it's hard to see where they are and the parking lot is kind of small. I think the parking lot is kind of ok because your never there long. They help find what you need quickly and off you go!

So impressed with this company, and Lindsay Miners, who looked after me. I was able to set up an appointment with them the same day as I contacted them. Lindsay was very friendly and addressed all my concerns and questions knowledgeably and efficiently. After discussing my issues and needs for a CPAP machine, and trying on several masks for fit and comfort, she offered me the option of borrowing a machine and mask to be sure it's what I wanted without any commitment. At the hospital sleep lab, I had found their masks incredibly uncomfortable and some even painful due to having facial hair. Within less than 10 minutes Lindsay had found and fit a mask for me that was comfortable and attained a good seal without having to sacrifice my beard. I've used the system she set me up with for several days now , and though there's definitely a period of adjustment in becoming accustomed to wearing a mask, there have been very positive improvements. My partner reports I not only no longer snore, but do not move about in my sleep as much, or wake up as easily or as often. I no longer wake up feeling as though I barely slept, nor am I thoroughly exhausted after a night's sleep. Thank you to Lindsay and Breathe Easy for making this all so much easier!

I had made a call to their competition first and was spoken to rudely (wont name the business) ..So I called Breathe Easy and not knowing anything about Cpac machines , it was explained thoroughly on the phone ,Appointment was made and the time was taken to explain everything to me ...they even made follow up calls to see how I was making out ...even the day I went back to purchase my equipment ..they were polite ,professional and I left feeling totally assured I had made the right purchase at the right place ...I cant recommend them enough ....and trust this review as I don't normally leave any ..good or bad ...

A few months ago I was convinced to have a sleep study done following years of snoring and tiredness. I contacted my doctor and he told me that it would 8-9 months to get into the London sleep clinic. He said that Bluewater in Sarnia has a much shorter wait time and so he referred me there. I had the study done a few weeks later and found the experience to be very easy and comfortable. The staff were very polite, professional and respectful.A few weeks later Dr Kapoor called with the results. He was very easy to talk to. He gave me some in depth information regarding my now diagnosed sleep apnea. He also gave me a prescription to try a CPAP device.It seems that these devices are in very short supply and thankfully he also gave me a list of vendors in my area. I contacted all of them and had replies from 3 or 4 mostly that they will be able to get a machine for me in 3-4 months. Some still have not replied.However, Breathe Easy on Horton St London actually set me up with a loaner unit THE SAME DAY. I have used it now for 5 weeks or so and during that time they monitored my sleep daily and sent the results to Bluewater. Yesterday I received my own brand new machine. Amazing.Also amazing is the difference in how I feel daily. Increased energy, don't fall asleep if I sit down after dinner anymore and my wife no longer needs ear plugs at night.If you're struggling with sleep and snoring I highly recommend Bluewater Sleep disorder clinic. If your results show that you could benefit from a CPAP machine and you're in the London area I highly recommend Breathe Easy. Their staff are highly trained professionals with years of service. They will certainly make your transition to using a CPAP as smooth and easy as possible.

Great serviceUpdate, they are awesome! So I got covid a couple of weeks ago and I stopped using my Cpap while I was sick (and yes I was fully vaccinated, unfortunately I think I caught it the day of my booster). Anyway, I forgot or wasn't up to cleaning and emptying the water out of the machine. Unfortunately, this caused my hose and mask to go green. I tried everything to clean the parts and hose, but it didn't help. So I called them up and they were able to order me my replacement parts and new mask quickly and billed my insurance within minutes of me calling. Cheers and thanks to the staff.

I’ve been a client with Breathe Easy for the last five years and they are the best in town.Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.They recently moved to a new location and the parking is a bit tight, but well worth the minor inconvenience.Update:I recently had to upgrade my old cpap machine and Breathe Easy was absolutely incredible to work with throughout the entire process. I’ve now got my upgraded machine, sleep is even better, and I will continue to give this business MY business for years to come.Class act!
