Nespresso

We were half way through cashing out our purchase and the two staff handling cash decided to handle something administrative which made us wait an additional 10 minutes. There wasn't even a line - just take care of your customers first and deal with it after.Fully convinced that this boutique does not care about their customers and the Google Reviews reflect that. Horrible Experience.

Pathetic service !!!!!The Indian guy and the gal were busy chatting, no smile on the face, even when o said it’s expensive and maybe no value of money, they had no salesmanship or ways to attract the customers with the USP of this product.Black lady initially had no smile. Such lacklustre service. I will NEVER go there.

There was no indication as to where a line should form. The store manager appears to be fidgeting with a machine rather than helping customers. The lone employee was busy servicing a customer and having to deal with the manager. No other employees available to assist. After observing this, we decided to leave. In-store experience @ Markville is way better; they have a queue and immediate acknowledgment of the customer waiting.

Unfortunately this boutique does not value their customer's time. I had chosen my products (that process was great and relatively fast), initiated check out but ended up waiting 10+ mins because the cashier needed to perform an inventory investigation...for some other incident. I wonder why i even waited to GIVE them my money, I should have just left.

Love that this Nespresso is in the Scarborough Town Centre! Just found it today while shopping the mall. Was greeted immediately by a female staff member who looked after taking my order for the special edition Miami variety. She mentioned that there was a special edition Turkish variety and offered me a sample which I accepted and enjoyed! I then purchased this variety as well in addition to a Paris limited edition variety. Great location as this is close to where I live, and there are no other Location nearby. Kudos to the staff! Hope this location remains here! Nice to see that Nespresso has a permanent location in the Scarborough Town Centre now. Excellent service, bright clean location. Located just outside the food court on the upper floor now. Love that they offer a sample after my purchase.Thank You!

I had an amazing encounter with Ana (STC Nespresso) this evening! She was so sweet & excellent customer service! She went far & beyond to assist me! Thank you, Ana!! ♥️♥️

As a frequent customer, I’m really upset with my recent experience at the Scarborough location, and I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention.Back in February, I made a purchase of ten packs of x10 capsules, including two packs of the new pour-over style capsules. At the time of purchase, the sales associate assured me that these capsules work with all vertuo machines, but this information turned out to be wrong, as I found out when trying to use the pour-over capsules in my vertuo machine at home. The coffee’s not coming out, so I went to seek help at the store.This time a different sales associate served me. I showed her a picture of my vertuo machine and asked if the pour-over style capsules should work. Yet again, I was informed that these capsules work with all vertuo machines. Only when I mentioned that the coffee’s not coming out did she turn to what appeared to be a manager for help. It was at that moment I realized my vertuo machine is an older model and the new capsules wouldn’t work in mine.Since I got two packs of those pour-over capsules, one of them opened, I asked if I could exchange the unopened one with a pack that actually works with my machine. However, the manager" repeatedly cited the 14-day return and exchange policy

Would give zero or less to customer service. There are 3 female staffs and 1 male staff today. I request 5 boxes of Nespresso capsule. One female staff asked me something but I didn’t get it. 3 girls laughed a lot in front of me without any extra explains. I was so mad, but they let the male staff help my order and they enjoyed small talk each other. Super rude and unprofessional. I have been using Nespresso over 10 years and I always received the best service until now. NEVER had this situation even small convenient stores. Even though it’s the closest Nespresso shop for me, I will never go there. I heard that this store is temporary, I think eventually I will visit other stores. Who wants to get the service from them? Anyway, a male staff was kind and nice.

Very poor customer service...inattentive and prioritizes talking amongst themselves...when we finally got help the tone of voice and approach was very unfriendly..had to repeat ourselves multiple times due to lack of attention and poor handling and care of our sleeves we purchased as it was just plopped on the table. Will not be going back to this location. Yorkdale location provides 100% better service with professionalism.

The rep (Alta) and the team manager here was awesome, they took the time to educate us on the difference of the machines and the coffee it produced. We felt welcomed here and was even treated to a cup of espresso. We happily picked up our selection of coffee and will be coming back, highly recommend.
