Fountain Tire

They never say “no, sorry not today”!! I needed a tire replaced, smooth, fast walk in service - Steven at the front was phenomenal!!! For those looking for tire services in that area - There’s Calgary’s worst canadian tire nearby, just an FYI.

Back on the road in less than 2 hours. They did not have the tire in stock and still got us rolling again FAST. Bad day fixed fast by the team at Fountain Tire.

Worst service ever! Took my truck in for inspection and it took 24 hrs. NO PARTS required they just had to spray some release all on some parts to get them them to move somehow that cost 580 dollars. Asked manager for quote on tires 3 days later still no response. Phoned back then they couldn't get them for another 4 days. Trust me go somewhere else!

We were headed to okotoks from 5 hours North and we had some tire troubles. They fixed us up in 20 minutes and we were on our way, it was very hot out and me and my horse were standing in the sun waiting and the most kind lady who worked there offered us to come in the show room to cool down. We deal with Brittany for service/tire changeover of our 20 fleet vehicles. She is consistently professional and always finds a way to book us in. She's one of the best multi-taskers in the business!! In addition to that, this FT location always does quality work and ensures we leave happy! 5/5 would recommend.

Recently changed ownership. Wish I’d known that before I went there. I had a check fuel cap light on and phoned in and asked, what were the chances that I just need a new fuel cap? It’s what I was going to do. They said it’s likely not just that and I’d have bought a fuel cap and still need a diagnostic. So I get the diagnostic and they tell me I need a new fuel cap and nothing else is wrong. Cost me $83 plus a fuel cap. Not super happy. Yes I have piece of mind that nothing else is wrong but when everyone is struggling with the cost of things, I could have used that money for groceries!I usually get free tire change overs as I bought rims and all my tires here since my van was new, probably will not honour this now though!Just so no one thinks that I was contacted about this review!! I was not!

Once again I had a good experience with this shop. They are lucky to have Jeff, who is very experienced with motorhomes and goes above and beyond to get the repairs diagnosed and completed. If you need any mechanical repairs done to your motorhome, I totally recommend these guys!

I visited fountain tire , service was very good and prices are reasonable

Went there to get the tires fixed as there was a leak in two tires. The guy working there was really nice sat down said what the problem was and what we can do to fix the issue if it was a on going problem, that’s why the 2 stars and not 1. They broke the door handle on the passenger side. It was glued on as it was popped out a bit. When we got it back it was completely off. They said that something should have been said about it. We have taken it in to a fountain tire several times ( not that one and never again) never had the issue with the fountain tire we normally go to. it’s been like that for over a year and like I said it was never completely off now I cant use my passenger said door. In order for it to come off like that someone must have really pulled on it and the door was locked. Also my glove box was opened they were looking for something they needed, but never closed it and never mentioned they needed anything. A small thing but after the door handle maybe show a little more care, or say what was needed before asking for the keys
