Hello! I miss this place. I used to go there all the time for their Tummy Time Tea and Pain Balm!! Wonderful staff! I wish I had gone to their clinics.I wonder if they will deliver out to the Niagara region? :)

Visited on the advice of my physiotherapist who recommended I try Ashwagandha for post-menopausal sleep issues. I've never tried any homeopathic or natural remedy of any sort before (I'm pretty healthy and low maintenance). The young woman who sold me the product asked no questions (beyond did I want it in tea form or as a tincture...I had no idea and as she had no recommendations I went with the tincture). She didn't tell me what the base solution was until I asked (this was after she had already made it up), and even though I was surprised when she said Ethanol, she provided no further comment/explanation/warning. I had to ask what the ratio was (1:5) and then I had to ask what the concentration of active ingredient was (she didn't know!). I asked how to take it (answer was vague) and when and how much...her answer was that for legal reasons they couldn't recommend a dosage! What?! You can sell me a product without disclosing the active ingredient concentration but you can't advise a dosage? Final straw was the woman who rang me out handed me a plain brown bottle with no label!! How is that legal/professional? When I asked if there was a label she said Sure" and handwrote "Ashwagandha" on it. That's it. Seems wholly unprofessional and deeply disinterested for a quasi-medical transaction. So there you go. Am not expecting much from the product after that experience. Also determined to go back to my low maintenance ways!"

This establishment is a godsend for someone who has an injury and needs the services of a acupuncturist or a naturopath. It's a community organization that runs on the basis of contributions ranging anywhere from 20 to $40 per visit depending on your budget and in many respects is a lifesaver for most people. I know myself as a senior I researched the cost involved with the services and they far surpass what but the clinic charges. I even have a health plan but I'm still out of pocket quite a bit when it comes to paying for each visit. The staff are all professionals with legitimate credentials and I've always had great service with each other. The clinic is located in the rear of the store. Under normal circumstances Appointments are not necessary it's walk-in only but now with coved I9 booking appointments are mandatory. Chris Pickering who's the main coordinator has been outstanding and assisting me with a staff and the various forms of Treatment available at the clinic. If you're unsure of who to consult I would strongly suggest you contact him and he can basically a way out the programs that are available to you. PostScript I also hear great things about the Herbal Clinic of Ohio have not actually use any of their products but from the people that I bumped into during my visits they all Rave about it. Just going into this shop makes you feel like you're some kind of magical. I love the HUGE selection of dry herbs that they have. I suffer from seasonal allergies and always stock up on the dried nettle. Their essential oils are extremely high quality and very reasonably priced. The staff is always so warm and welcoming.

I'm so grateful for the community acupuncture clinic. All of the practitioners are knowledgeable and warm, and the booking system is easy to use. I feel so held and seen at the clinic, which is so healing when working through a chronic illness diagnosis. After several acupuncture treatments, physiotherapy, and a protocol prescribed by naturopath Emily Rotella, I am now (mostly) pain-free and able to work full-time again -- entirely unimaginable a few months ago when I was barely able to walk and plagued by intense fatigue.

I like this place and the acupuncture that I received in there. Last time was before COVID but I will come back for sure. The best part are the walk ins for the acupuncture and pay what you can program and the whole variety that they offers you at the dispensary.
