Rogers

I did a trade-up of 2 iphone 13s on Dec 3rd for 2 iphone 14s and the sales rep, said the trade-in credits will be applied to my bill. Still have NOT received a bill credit, I have called Rogers 5 times now and nobody is able to locate the 2 iphone 13s I traded in.. The store manager said they can't do anything because the iphones are no longer in the store!?! So what happened to my 2 iphone 13s??

Mitchell got me my new phone and plan. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. I will be returning to the store for sure

Rogers Masonville! Been before service was ok. Andrew and Noah were excellent! Andrew was working alone when I got there with a customer , then me, then more that came in. He remained cool and collected. When it was my turn it was a simple ask about a text I received from rogers which he confirmed via my account info. He obviously informed me of my “options” being offered to I listened. Ultimately I upgraded my phone. The whole process was effortless and fun, as fun as sitting around for paperwork can be. Noah arrived for his shift and was able to attend to other customers. He was also upbeat and friendly. They work well together! Not one customer got missed. Great job! Much appreciated!

Arthur gave us an excellent service to solve an issue with our Rogers internet service. We had been on the phone with Rogers for days trying to solve this problem, and we finally went to Rogers at Masonville and Arthur solved it for us. I finally have internet at home again, after more than a week, which was a huge problem considering that we work from home. Thank you Arthur! We appreciate you.

We received excellent service from this store! Arthur, Zaid, and all of the other staff who assisted us there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We changed over our phone plans from Bell to Rogers and saved money on our monthly plan fees and were able to keep our same phone numbers and all of our contacts. The customer service was unbelievable and I highly recommend visiting this store for cell phone service!

They had what I needed and I was in and out quickly.

This store never picks up the phone for retail customers! You have to call rogers main line and get them to call. Ridiculous, plus no answering machine.

Great service from Arthur who was patient with all our questions and very knowledgeable. Definitely will be returning when I need an upgrade or changes to my service.

iPhone 14 pro and home internet - previously with BellAndrew and Noah (correct me if I was wrong on the names) were excellent, they helped me lower my overall phone bill with creative solutions that fit my budget. Full Marks, Thanks gentlemen.
