The front desk lady was very rude and had bad manners, the other two workers/artist in this shop were also rude. Bad customer service and even went as far as threatening with the cops because I voiced out my opinion and didn’t want to be talked to with dis respect. Zero customer service, high price and bad tattoo artists. My personal experience. BEWARE AND GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Great attention to customers dreams and ideas for their tattoo piece. The artists are very good at sketching up the customers visions and are extremely helpful and accommodating with appointment times. My God daughter came to them for a tattoo and they did a fantastic job. The line work is spot on and pricing was great too! Definitely recommend these artists to others.

Tried calling multiple times about getting a piercing. First time I was told to call back in 30 minutes, I waited an hour and called back then I was told to call back after 12:30 then I call back a third time and I’m told I have to call back tomorrow. Too much of a hassle in my opinion to ask a question about prices for one piercing.

Iv gotten both my septum and my helix done from here. By far amazing experience love Adrianna shes so sweet and knowledgable. As someone who doesnt have many piercings or much experience I love the environment and atmosphere really caring staff too. I recently lost the backing of my helix after getting it pierced a few months ago and was panicking so much, I came in and they very swiftly and professionally got me set and all good to go. A little pricy for me personally but honestly don’t mind cause they have good quality.

I brought my little cousins in to get their nose piercings Today and I had an unpleasant experience with Adrianna. My cousins were nervous to get it done and their mom had asked me to help them make sure everything was okay. so I was asking a couples questions they had and with so much attitude would be like I’m talking to them not you. One was underage so we had called her mom to come and sign the papers, and while we waited we were looking at the jewelry because my cousins wanted my opinion on what they should get. I don’t know why she was being so rude to me and when I asked her to see the back side of a piece of jewelry and said I just showed you with again so much attitude and a forced smile. I was paying for them as I was gifting them this and they wanted my opinion on what they should get as again they were nervous. One of my cousins also noticed her being so rude to me and asked me why she was being rude for no reason as the questions I was asking were valid and am paying for these services. Once their mom came she switched her attitude to being so nice. I will not be coming back to bring any of my other family members to get piercings done by her.After the reply from owner.. I was nothing but nice to her from the beginning but she from the start had an attitude with me. when we originally came in there was 2 other people along with the 2 people getting a piercing and the fourth person was sitting on the couch the whole time while me and my 2 cousins who were getting the piercings at the counter before their mom came which at that point everyone else did leave. And for someone who paid $280 for services, which is not a small amount, should be able to have the patience to answer a question twice and not met with attitude and impatience.

Price was affordable, not the cheapest as compared to other places but not a huge difference for the warmth, comfort, and friendliness of the place. She’s a professional. They have different options. Just call before you walk-in.
