Nick was extremely helpful both while in-store and as I waited for my bike and accessories to be delivered. We ran into an address error with delivery, and Nick went above and beyond to make sure that I received everything. Very happy with the service & appreciated all of his help!

Late review: When I had booked a 30 min ride with Peloton Sherway in 2019, I didn’t know what to expect. At the time it was just a bike. It was my first time ever on a Peloton and first time wearing cycling shoes. The experience was okay but I also wanted to try it out for 30 days. Then Covid happened in 2020. I bought the bike thinking I wasn’t going to love it. I was wrong. It’s not just a bike. It’s so smooth and quiet, you can even use this and not wake anyone up. I’ve had my peloton bike for almost 2 years now. What I enjoy most is the yoga classes. I even purchased the Peloton treadmill at this location. This was also during covid so my consultation was done via zoom. I wish I knew that guys name that was helping me, he was very helpful. This has overall been a great experience purchasing both the and tread at the Sherway location. The only downside is when it gets delivered, and calling customer service when something goes wrong you would have to wait hours. But other than that, no regrets at all purchasing 2 Pelotons. I am happy.

I have been very much loving my new Peloton bike…. Thought I could benefit from a “fine tuning” by a fitter. Although I live a distance away, I chose to come in person. Best decision!!! I met Nick who was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough… Very happy with the changes in settings .I have implemented the tips he gave me. Very positive experience and highly recommend.

Wanted to share the great experience I had with Nick at this location. We came in to test out the tread and bike and he was so helpful to answer any questions and share insights. I’ve been a Peloton member for almost 3 years using my own equipment. Nick was so patient with us as we figured out what would work best to upgrade and followed up regularly to support. We finally are getting all the equipment today and are really pumped. Big thanks to Nick for being an awesome Sales Specialist! Highly recommend working with him to figure out your needs!

Great experience dealing with Alec and the rest of the staff at the store.I went in with several questions and all of my questions were answered by the time I left.I ended up purchasing a bike and Alec set up the delivery and explained literally everything for me.Overall a great experience from the staff at this store!!

We were given an amazing demo of the software and the bike. Nick was amazing. He had us try the equipment in a live class, as well as a scenic tour. He showcased all the features of the software. Nick also gave us time to consider our options, and followed up with us. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I ordered over the phone and Maria was very thorough and helpful. There ended up being an issue with shipping (it was out of Peloton's hands), and Nick kept me consistently updated and made sure to rectify the situation. Both of them went above and beyond. If you are looking into a Peloton, I would highly recommend ordering from this store.

I visited the store and met with Nick, who gave me an in-person demo of the Peloton Guide. He was very knowledgeable about the product and showed a genuine interest in ensuring it was the right fit for me and my workout goals. Absolute best experience with Nick (Assistant Showroom Manager) from this showroom!I was super lucky to have gotten in touch with him to sort out some extended warranty purchasing, and get my hands on a Guide. Nick was super helpful and went above and beyond to match a bundle sale for the Tread I had just purchase. He even reached out to me via email after transferring me to a different department, and everything worked out perfectly cause my call accidentally got disconnected after the transfer, but Nick was able to sort everything out via email. So far the experience we've had with Peloton's service has been amazing, but my interaction with Nick was above and beyond.
