Instant Moments Photobooth was a big hit at my first ever pop-up shop I had hosted. Chantelle, and her lovely co-worker were so kind, understanding, and generous to the ideas and theme I was aiming for. I wanted to portray out a strong message to customers, which they had brought to life on a template for me! I can’t thank them enough for there wonderful service! We booked Instant Moments Photobooth for our wedding scheduled for November 2020. We live in another province ended up cancelling our wedding due to COVID. Chantelle was incredibly supportive and understanding. They even offered to extend our package by an hour if we had to postpone due to COVID. Since we cancelled because of the pandemic, they refunded our full deposit. In the world of weddings this is rare. We are sad we didn't get to use your services and appreciate your excellent customer service. I would recommend based on this experience.

This photo booth offered exceptional service and quality photos. They generously ensured everyone in the picture received physical copies. The lighting of the photo booth made the photos look really good as well. I'll make sure that I will be hiring them again on my next event.

Very professional photo booth! We had the photo booth for one of our events and it was such a great time! The attendant, Lindsay was super friendly and a great host! She really made us feel welcomed and made the booth fun! The photos are also high quality prints and the props was a nice addition. Highly recommend getting this photo booth for your next party - you wont be disappointed!

From start to finish working with the team at instant moments was absolutely amazing! Attention to design details, an amazing option for backdrops, the photobooth was definitely a highlight with great photos and cool features like animated gifs and boomerangs ! We went with Instant Moments Photobooth for our outdoor wedding and they were fantastic! Chantelle was great with setting up my layout of the photos and GIFs. She was so easy to talk to and accommodating when I asked to change a few things. The setup was seamless, and they even came earlier to set it up so that it wouldn’t interfere with our ceremony. Everything was done by them and all we had to do was enjoy the booth! Guests loved it and were taking pictures all night long. I loved the option to have the pictures and gifs sent right to your phone or email because it makes it way easier to post on social media afterwards. I also loved all the different props that they had! We are so please with this company and would hire them again for another event in the future!
