I live downtown and found this dealer online as they were one of the few that had a Chevy Bolt in the showroom. Tianna helped us when we arrived and showed us the vehicle, clarified any questions we had, and made us feel very comfortable to move forward with our first EV purchase. Mitch the manager was great and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Finally Gary was super helpful in providing clear delivery timelines and expectations. He is super responsive and made doing business with Chevy easy. Despite living further from this dealer, I would still highly recommend friends and family for their amazing team and attentive service.

I pulled into service with no appointment at 4pm, and my Chevy truck acting up. I had a 1.5hr drive home and Greg Hannaford and the mechanics got me patched up and back on the road before 5pm. I am so grateful for the amazing service - this is what I was hoping for from a dealership and Eastside met and exceeded my expectations. If I were a local I'd use them for my regular service. I was truly surprised by the positive changes at Eastside since my previous two visits which were disappointing to say the least.The service manager was extremely helpful and explained in detail the issues that could surround the results of the check engine light diagnostics. To my surprise the entire repair was completely covered under warranty which I was not expecting. All the staff were friendly and I truly appreciated the shuttle service and checkout as well. Thumb Up to Eastside GMC service! I am so lucky to deal with them.Few month ago, I get some quality issue with my new GMC truck under warranty. I was badly treated by another dealer's service garage closer to my home in Richmond Hill, wasted lots of time there, been yelled and shouted from their service manager Shirley several times, just because I asked her politely when she could finish the work, and she had no idea how to answer! I will post another review to them later.With no other choice, I have to tow the truck to Eastside GMC, where I bought the vehicle last year. The service garage saves me out of the black hole. Their service managers Dominic and Mike are fantastic and very much helpful! They helped to work with GM directly and finally get me a NEW replacement truck! Of course Sales Manager Mitch and Ali also helped a lot. They not only helped me out from the failed truck, but also took care of me during the waiting period. Dominic and Mike pushed the rental company to arrange the best available truck for my driving alternative. Eventually Finance manager Gary Chen helped me to recovered all my cost to pay extended warranty!Thank you all! My wife and I walked into Eastside after a horrible experience at another dealership. We were instantly greeted by reception at Eastside. Our appointment was with Ash. He was up and greeting immediately, as well. He was very respectful of our time. He apologized several times for not having the car we wanted to see out front (just no room)...unlike the other dealership sales rep who didn't care that the car wasn't out front. While I took a test drive, my wife and daughter were able to chat with the GM (another great guy). After the initial test drive, we decided to drive 2 other SUVs. Ash was absolutely on board with this. No frustration. No pushiness for the sale. In the end, we ended up buying a higher priced vehicle than we intended, all because we felt heard and valued. I had a great experience at East Side Chevy. Unfortunately the vehicle I was looking for didn’t meet my expectations but the staff and management were extremely nice and courteous, and understood my concerns. They never pressured me at any point to buy anything I was not happy with. Not only did they take their time with me, but they also made my wife and son feel comfortable while we were there. I would totally recommend purchasing a vehicle here if they have what your looking for. I had the pleasure of dealing with Carl and he was truly professional and knowledgeable.
