Massage Addict

My husband and myself both went to Massage Addict for massages. Travis was amazing, he is definitely very knowledgeable. He listened to my attempt to explain why I was there, and as a result he was able to extrapolate my issues and massage the regions of my shoulders that were so painful. He provided me with many great suggestions, and exercises to do in between sessions.

Great place for massage and good customer service. It’s a bit pricey though.

I've been going to this location for about 2 years and the staff have always been so friendly! The therapists are exceptional and take time to ensure clients are comfortable and that their needs are met. I have to say, Yatin is absolutely amazing in his techniques. I've had many massages and his was perfect. I felt so relaxed and the issues I came in with felt so much better. If you haven't checked out this location or Yatin, you definitely should.

Did an online last minute booking for deep tissue massage with Robin. Booking was fast and sufficient and couldn't believe I got a spot. I just looked everywhere and everything is all full! Front desk sweet girl and Robin was amazing. She hit the right spots try to help relieve my pain. Definitely will go back.

I was not happy with service provided at massage addict at this location.The service was too bad

Staff is quite rude, disinterested and unfriendly. The massage was just ok. And whoever is responsible for emailing and booking appointments is very unprofessional - heavier set caucasian woman middle aged and balding a bit.

My husband went for Acupuncture n massage it was the best . He absolutely love the combo of two in one session ..!!

EDIT: I appreciated the owner, Marilyn, reaching out to me and made sure my feedback with my experience from the two employees are not disregarded.The most disappointing Massage Addict in the region. The receptionist (i think Anna is here name) is very unfriendly as soon as I walked in. Not a single care from her at all. But Robin, the RMT. So unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable for my whole hour there. She asked unnecessary questions about my life when I clearly didn’t want to talk. She made me feel rushed all the time. Rushed me during undressing/dressing (didn’t regard that people can get dizzy after a massage). Rushed me when I was turning to face her: her words “go go go go”. The massage wasn’t even that great.What a disappointment and waste of money.

Great location. Staff are friendly and appear organized. Lots of parking.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt very welcomed and relaxed. The two lady's at the front desk were very warm and friendly. The treatment and service was quite thorough. Would definitely return to this location for my next service, my favourite place to get treated yet.
