Had a great experience dealing with Harvey. Ordered some 18 fuel mavericks and falken wildpeaks for my 2022 at4. Turned out i had oversized calipers so the rims didnt end up fitting on the front but he was quick to offer an exchange free of charge for a different set so ended up with contras. My brand new set of tires were mounted on the mavericks before finding out that they didnt work and when i got the wheels taken apart at fountaintire they ended up wrecking all 4 of my tire beads and then refused to pay for them.. what a headache.... Harvey ended up helping me out and made sure i got them replaced free of charge. Will and already have recommended him for anyone looking for tires or a new set of rims!"

These guys really know there stuff best customer service out there they have so many options and really care about there customers. Told them what i was going for and they made it happen if your in the market for new wheels and tires this is the one stop shop best pricing I’ve ever seen too!!

So first off. Most reviews are sugar coated. But i have to say hands down. My experience with apex was probably the best customer service i have had. It all started with a friend telling me about them. I first got some tires and apex set me up with a wicked price. They setup my appointment to have them mounted and even delivered them to the tire shop. At which point i had some hassle with the tire shop and apex was quick to put a stop to that and get it all sorted. Now well fast forward a bit. I decided it was time for some new wheels aswell. I had picked a set. And like i said not always rainbows turned out they got damaged by the manufacturer. Apex didnt hesitate to get me lined up with endless options to make things right and make sure i was happy with my product. Even exspress delivered them in for me as i work away from home. They wanted to insure i had them when i arrived. So i have to say a huge thanks to the guys at apex. The customer service and dedication to a happy customer is unreal.

I found them on Instagram, they responded almost immediately after I texted. I couldn’t believe the price! I thought it was for only one rim but learned their pricing is for all 4. They were excellent to deal with and super knowledgeable on rims. I’ve already recommended everyone I know go to them, and am look forward to dealing with them in the future to buy tires!

Grabbed a set of fuel wheels for my F150 at an awesome price. Communication with Apex through Instagram was responsive. They sent me numerous wheels that were in stock and actual photos of the wheels which is nice to see and compare. They even sent photos of previous vehicles with the same or similar fitment I had questioned about. I'm from Southern Ontario, and after placing the order, my wheels were shipped out the next business day. Very pleased with the communication, price, and shipping.
