This is my favourite dressing room. BEST RENOS team work are professional and on time service. Extreme attention to detail and masters of their craft. Amazing job from start to finish.

My wife and I, hired Best Renos for a large project that included a full kitchen remodel, a full bath and master bedroom. They were fantastic to work with, everyone from the architect, the designer Sam , the general manager that made sure the work was completed on time and within budget. We were really happy with the end result, the workmanship was outstanding and they did a great job communicating in a timely manner and providing status updates regularly. We are looking at acquiring more investment properties and will definitely use them again.

Save yourself a lot of stress, time and money. Go anywhere else. This is a very unprofessional company. Bad quality of work and fake reviews!!

Best Reno’s finished our basement. Our basement size is 1900 sq. feet and any project this size is bound to have unforeseen challenges; however, Best Renos was very open to suggestions and changes where it made sense. I was very impressed with their project manager Brian’s professionalism and helpful nature. Despite of global logistic issues, they were able to finish our project with minimal delay.Overall: I will give them a 5/5 Star review.

Best Renos help transform my unfinished basement to a beautifully and professionally finished part of the house. It's a larger basement so had its own challenges including an uneven floor, but Brian Ra personally supervised the project to ensure everything was done just right. Each member of his team did a splendid job whether it was the flooring, ceiling, plastering as well as the center of attraction which turned out to be my oak staircase with beautiful designed railings.Despite global supply chain problems, my experience turned out to be a happy one. Kudos Brian and team!

I wish I could give this business a -500/10 rating because it truly reflects their horrible customer service, quality of work and overall poor business practices. Our project started in SEPTEMBER 2021 and finished yesterday. Brian was a terrible contractor to deal with, he did not follow the scope of the contract and would often lie to us with ridiculous excuses of why he couldn't finish the work. We received poor feedback from at least 5-7 of their subcontractors about working with this company. This business also has a majority of fake reviews!! Please look at the reviewers history for proof. Another fake review is from the owner of the business! Search best Reno's under Ontario business registry for proof. He's never in the country...I know this because I left countless complaints and asked for follow up and did not receive 1 call back. Save yourself a lot of stress, money, and time. Go anywhere else but this place!

Bad quality of work, Brian was terrible to work with. They took 17 months to finish my basement. When I brought up the concerns about the pictures below, the contractor responded ‘flooring will move that’s how it’s supposed to be.’ Pathetic!!! Do not give this company a penny!
