The staff here are very professional and knowledgable. They were ready for my appointment as soon as I arrived, and Evan did a great job of explaining all of the tests and going over the results with me at the end of the appointment. I would highly recommend East Coast Hearing on Windsor!

As a hearing aid user for over 25 years. Being a musician and living with rare reverse slope hearing loss, I have tried many different brands and models over the years only to be consistently left underwhelmed by their performance. Not to mention having seen many audiologists who were seemingly stumped as to my specific needs. My experience with Sarah at East Coast Hearing on Windsor street in Halifax has been nothing short of life changing. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She immediately suggested that not all hearing aids fit all hearing loss types and what brand she thought would better suit my needs. She then set me up with trials for a few different brands. Well it turned out Sarah knew best! After experiencing the different brands, I ended up going with her original suggestion and couldn’t be happier with the results. I cannot recommend East Coast Hearing and their staff enough, especially Ying the admin assistant! My dad was experiencing extreme pressure in one ear and he was considering flying to Halifax for treatment. After calling East Coast Hearing and speaking with Ying, she immediately jumped into action and called one of their reps for help. Within just 10 minutes, she called me back with three possible locations in St. John's that we could try to find the same service, going above and beyond what we expected.But Ying didn't stop there. The next day, she spoke with Evan, the audiologist on staff at East Coast Hearing, about my dad's situation and she emailed me to pass along another suggestion. With her help, we were able to get my dad an appointment within 24 hours in St. John’s. He has been suffering for over 2 months, so we can't thank Ying and East Coast Hearing enough for their amazing customer service.Their level of care and dedication to their patients is truly outstanding, even for those who aren't their patients. Ying and the East Coast Hearing team clearly prioritize patient care and we sincerely appreciate. Thank you, Ying and East Coast Hearing!

Very professional, efficient, effective and worthwhile service. Had it done a few times over the past 10 years or so, but this was the best and most thorough yet. Really appreciate the time taken and overall diligence and patience of Evan, he did a great job. Definitely recommend this clinic/service if/when required.

This was my first time at East Coast Hearing. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, and my hearing test was very thorough and comfortable, with the results well explained. Highly recommend this team!

I had to get a hearing test for the first time and I was pretty nervous but Sarah was amazing and the front desk was so helpful! It was easy and informative. I would highly recommend their services!

I had an appointment at their Dartmouth location for ear wax removal. I had been deaf in my right ear for 3 weeks prior to the appointment. I saw Audiologist David Cox. My whole experience at East Coast Hearing was pleasant and professional from the receptionist to the Audiologist. David cleared my ear of wax (I could not believe what came out of my ear!) and I can now hear properly again. I do not hesitate to recommend them if you have any issues with your ears or hearing.

Would highly recommend this place for the hearing needs. Went to doctor Evan today for the ear wax removal, he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Front desk staff was nice and friendly as well!

Sarah at Eastcoast hearing on Windsor Street is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her. My 13 year old daughter was diagnosed one year ago with one sided deafness. Sarah has gone above and beyond in helping my daughter. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. With Sarah’s knowledge and compassion she has given my daughter a new confidence. We will be forever grateful for all her help.
