The reason why i gave the 3 stars is just one of those receptionists. I dnt know her name, but she is the one sitting in the middle of the other 2 girls and she is blonde. She dsnt smile at anyone at all, and she acts like she is one among those doctors there. I was there 3 times to see Dr Samir Sardesai and everytime i was there this blonde girl was super rude to me, declining me from seeing the doctor and kept me away. The funny fact is, there doctor would actually ask me everytime to come see him if i had any issues or complications. Other than this girl, the clinic and all other staffs there are awesome. Am myself a nurse and had my clinical practice over 10 yrs and as per my experience, even just a receptionist smiles at the patient, 25% of the illness is gone. This girl should be either taught the basics of customer care or taken out of that place… Just because she is rude and unprofessional …

I had an appointment for botox. And the Dr was so gentle. I had botox for migraines and they hurt and there are alot of injections. The time he took with me to explain was quick, efficient and kind. I will continue to see him.his staff are friendly, personable and make you feel comfortable.

This clinic is very good, clean and well equipped. I have been seeing Dr. Rahul Chaturvedi from even before he started this clinic. He is one of the best doctors I have had - very caring, thorough and great bed side manners. I followed him to this clinic although it is a bit away from where I live. The drive is well worth it when I need non emergency medical attention. The front desk staff and nurses are patient and accommodating and will work with your schedule to try and book you in. The clinic is in a shopping plaza and has no lack of free and available parking which is always nice. Highly recommending the clinic, the doctor and the service to anyone looking for a new medical home" - Cheers

Dr Sameer Sardesai is one of the kindest and most patient doctor I have ever had. He is our family doctor and has provided great care and attention to both my children. We are grateful to have him.

coming to point straight ,There is a SPECIFIC front desk women ,Being as a medical assistance dose not know how to talk and behave, moreover she is rude all the times.Dont know she have a proper certification OR license for that job .Due to

Dr Rahul Chaturvedi is wonderful, he has been my moms doctor for years and has taken me on as a patient now and i am thankful. Love the online booking component makes it very easy to book an appt at a time that works best for you, also i never wait more then 2-5 mins MAX! My last doctor was always over an hour wait this is why i drive from strathcona county to this clinic now as its very accomodating and no long wait times! Receptionist are super friendly as well.

Dr Sameer Sardesai has been our family doctor for more than 5 years. We followed him from Albany as we believe he's the best doctor we can have. He is very patient, understanding and modest. The doctors are great, all stars for them! but the service is just terrible! For the second time in all the time of cooperation with them, I come and they are closed, sometimes there is no doctor on site. I had an appointment, I did not register online, I did it in the clinic. but no one called back to cancel it. I postponed all plans to come to the clinic and at the reception they tell me that no one is working today anymore. Terrible attitude towards customersI would like to add to my review. I have been coming to see Dr. Sardesai as my family doctor since I moved to Edmonton a few years ago. He has helped me soo much, and I am grateful to have found a doctor who is kind and caring, always listens, and is willing to investigate in order to give me great care and get to the bottom of my health struggles. He and his staff went above and beyond for me again this week!
