I had a flat tire to change.when they put a new tire it was under pressure and I had to go to gas station right after to put some air to it.there was no valve cover either .Their car wash was messy too ,not good wash.Considering my other experience with other benz dealer .it was my worst.Don’t go back.

I'm a disabled driver and I wanted to get the hand controls Mercedes supplies installed on my car. Apparently they have no technicians certified to install the parts. In a further act of dismissal zero attempt to arrange for a certified shop to subcontract installation. As a person in a wheelchair life has countless little impediments, I am intensely disappointed.

Got our 2019 Sprinter high roof 4x4 Dec 2019. Thanks kindly to Peter for his help and expertise. No idea why he’s no longer there.Bought a 3 service package at that time. Went in for 1st scheduled service Nov 2021. Asked to check the brakes squeal and have the left front fog lamp replaced. Got the vehicle back and drove home -100km away. The fog lamp was not replaced, I bought one and did it myself. The front brakes squeal continually, nothing was done. Called service for another appointment and discussed the previous complaints. Was met with a 6 week wait for service on a problem previously neglected on a Brake problem! So am I not to drive for that period? MB Nanaimo has some serious catch up to do to continue our relationship.April 18/22The above review prompted a note from the owner and a call from the service dept the next day. I have an appointment for April 26 and will re visit this and advise of the outcome.April 28/22Had the vehicle in to the Nanaimo MB Shop April 26/22 for the above.After initially slipping through the cracks, the service department really stepped up. They and the tech did a top notch job on repairs, informing me at each step of the work and bent over backwards to correct both the van and the customer service. With thanks I can say, keep up the good work you’ve shown me guys. Much appreciated.Best regards, Brian.

Absolutely atrocious service. I took my car in last year to have a SAM module replaced as a leak had ruined it. They had my vehicle for 3 months, trying to get any updates on the status of repairs was brutal. We finally got our car back only to discover they hadn’t actually repaired the leak and the same thing happened - our brake lights, headlights, indicators and windshield wipers stopped working on our drive home in the pouring rain. We took our car in before New Years Eve and still do not have it back. Communication again has been absolutely disgusting and we seem to be no closer to having our vehicle back than we were in December of 2022. My trust in what they’ve communicated to me at this point is nonexistent and I cannot stress this enough - do not take your vehicle in for repairs here.

This is a hard one to decide on how many stars. First off, brought my car in to get the turning signals working. Turns out it was a computer problem so the mechanic said he hard wired them . Good news is the turn signals work, but when you put on the brake all the turn signal come on. At least I have turn signals.They also checked out the car , I asked them to do it since I just bought it. Bad news, springs were broken, clutch was shot, brakes needed replacing. Brake fluid needed changing because of water in it. $6500 in total repairs was the estimate. I said I’ll pass thank you. 6 years of driving this smart car, Calgary and back 6 times , countless road trips , plus using as my daily, I decided to redo the brakes. When I took off the wheels The brake pads , rotors, and drums still had lots of life left in them. I checked out the spring while I was under there and the springs must have healed themselves because the aren’t Broken anymore. And the clutch was never changed. It is now 7 years since it was checked out. Still all good. Ordered spark plug seals from them on Thursday for my other smart car. Checked out there web page, it said they were open. Just drove 85 kilometres to go there and they tell me parts and service isn’t open on the weekends. 170 Kms round trip. Got to do it on Monday now.

Painful. Brought my 350SLK to have a transmission problem fixed. 8 months, 5 visits and $4K later and vehicle is still not working properly. Communication was almost non-existent. Calls are screened and no one has voicemail so you are forced to leave a message with reception or type out emails that go unanswered. Escalated to the service manager, sales manager and regional manager -the higher you go, the less service you get. This is the kind of treatment I expect from a back street mechanic shop, not Mercedes Benz.
