Ordered a pickup order on ubereats, the 2for1 wing special. The bag was stapled closed so I didn't bother checking the bag. Once I get home noticed the fries were missing. That's no problem was okay to come back for it but once I came back the order was for 2 wing/fries, the person gave us one fries. I said it was for two orders of wings/fries and he just put the one fries in two box and said there you go. Then had the audacity to say we just wanted free food because we ordered off ubereats because we were new customers. If that's how you treat new customer like this we are not coming back and I don't recommend anyone new to come back here. I'm all for supporting small business and trying new places but to accuse of me of that was totally un called for. I wanted just what I payed for.

Grabbed a slice and a garlic dip for $6.50ishThe pizza was so good!The garlic dip is thick and deliciousThe staff is super friendly and fastPlace is really clean and lots of parkingI really enjoyed my lunch. Thank you!Highly recommended

Used to be the best place around but the new owners/ workers are not very good. Slices are smaller and seem to never be ready

Pizza and house made sauce is amazing when fresh.They have the hours posted to open for 11am but that's when they start to work. Wait usually til 11:15am to get a slice. Worth the wait but but don't go til after 11:15am if you want a selection of slices.Good portion size too and under $8 for large slice, pop and dip.

This particular location is amazing!! They take such care in something most would think is simple, pizza. I am a very picky/particular person when it comes to food and this place has never let me down. The food is super good and filling!! I believe it is a older European couple that owns it and always 1 of them is cooking. Great place, great food!!

No one in store understands English.They sell their own garlic sauce instead of franchise garlic sauce. We asked for thing crust well done, and we got thick crust regular cook. Very unfortunate.

Aniket Patel came to Thompson, Manitoba to become a partner in 241 pizza business with his wife Chintal Patel in 2021. After the business was started and observing the Thompson market he refused to sign the partnership agreement and went back to Ontario. After going back to Ontario he bought the same business 241 pizza in Ajax. At that time his father promised me that he will take care of the expenses and loses. Now Aniket is not letting his father pay the money. What should I do now. I payed all on his training, franchise fee, equipment. I have everything in my books.We all the part of one family and we together with last 15 years.I humbly request you to advise us, how to solve this issue.Thanks

5 stars, because when I want a medium pepperoni/, square cut with olive oil drizzled on after it comes out of the oven// nice finger food style slices, they listened and happily complied. = a happy stomach customer

Food is good! People working are good as well! Loved their Home style garlic dip!Prices cheaper compared to other pizza chains! Would recommend!!
