Horrible! Don't go there! We bought a $3500 leather" couch from them. The stitching started coming apart in less than a month. Took us over 2 months to chase down the store and have the issue addressed. Finally had a delivery guy pick up the couch who ripped the fabric further and tried to blame it on us. When we were told the couch was "fixed" and we went to see

Went to visit the store today found that they had a great product but zero customer service. Front reception was extremely rude didn’t even said hello. Waited around for ten to fifteen minutes no one came so I left. I’m drove from Cambridge to there for nothing.

Satisfied Customer!After visiting countless furniture stores, we arrived at Frini and found exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a bedroom set and dining room table from Anna, who was extremely helpful and provided great advice without being pushy at all. Bruno was also very personable, helped find our pieces and even led the very professional delivery team. All of the pieces arrived in perfect condition and were set up beautifully. Overall, we were very happy with the service and quality of the furniture!
