Nice place to bring a blanket and some lunch or your headphones or a book. Overlooking the water, this little grass oasis is nicely placed off the busy streets of the downtown hussle.

Great to watch the sunset at the end of April. However, yuppies were soon replaced by drunks and ruffians. Pick your poison.
