This store has been (and still is) 100% reliable in acquiring intermittent catheters and lubricants that I need so that I can urinate safely (I have a serious bladder problem. The staff at the desk are unfailingly helpful and pleasant, to an extent that it is always a pleasure to visit the store.

Cindy really knows what she's doing! She helped us figure out exactly what we needed. Lots of selection.

Horrible parking. No selection of men's compression sports socks. Felt like I was walking into a lingerie store. Not medical.

As I child I had a very bad experience accompanying my Mother to a shop that did bra fittings for mastectomy patients. Nightingale Medical made that feeling disappear. From Cindy who took my call and helped me through the initial steps to Sylvia who did my fitting and gave me a hug when I left. A great place, very professional and very comforting.

The woman at the shop was respectfully and accommodating. She waited for me to hop in last minute (on crutches) and helped me get what I needed with no rush.

Truly an exceptional business as incredibly caring and compassionate staff who know the medical supply field well. Lauren is amazing and helped me navigate the ostomy process and helped me avoid any major skin issues. The front end staff also polite & professional, and go the extra mile, especially Cindy. Bonus is 2 parking stalls for them so one less hassle as a busy location. Highly recommend them.

I went to Nightingale Medical Supplies to buy some products for postpartum use. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, they shew me different kinds of products, and encouraged me to pick the suitable one for myself.

Today I called the Nightingale Medical Supplies store in Vancouver (Kent). I live in Ontario and wanted to get some information about ostomy clothing for my husband. I spoke with Christa and she could not have been more helpful. She was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, then took the time to check the store's stock to see if she had what I was asking for. I believe that customer service is so important. It is what makes us want to shop at a store again. We are new to the ostomy scene and were so glad to find somewhere in Canada where some of the specialized ostomy clothing is sold. I will be spreading the word to anyone I know here as there seems to be little knowledge of the availability of these items.Elizabeth Montgomery
