We are disappointed with the radon mitigation for our home. The sales pitch was great but the communication that followed was really unpleasant. No show on the install date and a tough time communicating with the office before and after the installation. The plan we agreed to was deemed not possible once the installers (who were great) arrived. Our radon is lower, but still much higher than what we were promised.

The work was done quickly and efficiently, But communications with the office was terrible. Could not reach them to make the payments or to even discuss the project prior to commencement for concerns. Was told certain things would be able to be worked around only to be told otherwise on short notice after waiting days, up to a week to hear from the project manager with multiple voicemails left. The actual team that did the project were courteous and professional. Workers good, management needs improvement.

I had RADON gas mitigation system installed by The Foundation Guys...they were extremely professional from the time they first arrived to the time the door closed behind them when they left. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to install a Radon gas solution.

Wish there was a zero star option. We have been waiting over three for this company to come and finish the job. Multiple times they said they would come, we booked time off work, then they would no show. Stop returning our calls, stopped returning our emails. Completely ghosted us. We paid in excess of $13K for a job that is still not finished.

On time and very friendly, will definitely recommend company to others. Dependable, efficient, friendly, informative. Nuel was very informative without being pushy. Gave us detailed description of what would be done and why - received estimate the same day. 2 weeks later Jake and his team completed task in one day, explained what was done and what to expect. We have dealt with undependable contractors in the past so we were a little skeptical at the beginning. The Foundation Guys proved to definitely be the best!!!

Jake and his assistant did a great job repairing our cracked foundation wall. Minimal dust, kept the whole area clean and did a great job on the repair.

I would not recommend this company. The sales person and I agreed on and signed a contract for a radon installation. After installation and payment there was water leaking into the fan and the pipes because the pipes were not glued properly and the water bypass installed incorrectly. It took me about a month and many texts and calls later to be advised that the horizontal installation of the fan needed to be changed to vertical plus I had to pay for the service call to make this change. This is after they provided a contract that they could do the horizontal install and me paying thousands of dollars. I find it totally unacceptable. I did not agree to the service charge and they are not going to help me resolve the issue.

Eli provided a very detailed and explanation of the work to be done. He was very thorough in his initial inspection, and very professional in answering all of our questions. Our work was scheduled for about 2 months later.The gentlemen who completed our work (Joe, Steve, Collins) arrived and immediately went over the work order with us, as well as how long the work would take. They worked quickly and efficiently, and we had a completely new basement trough set up in a day and a half. They cleaned up prior to leaving, showed us how to use our new system, and were very professional and friendly. We’ve attached before and after photos of the work. Overall, we're very happy with the work from start to finish!
