Friendly service, very fair and transparent prices, and quality work. Shane had my head unit replaced in a few hours, and charged me less than the initial quote as a few parts he mentioned were actually not needed. I’ll be going back here soon to replace my speakers. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience dealing with this place, the employees are very honest, hard working and helpful. My car radio had broken down, and this was one of the few places that fixes car audio systems. They tried to fix my car radio for a couple of days, but the radio was giving too many problems despite their best efforts. Subsequently, they installed a brand new radio, which is even better than my original car radio. They only charged me for installation of the brand new radio and it was cheaper than the quotes I was given by other places. They did not charge me anything for the couple of days of labour they had done on my old radio. Additionally, they also gave me a ride to and from work when I had to drop my car. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this place and would strongly recommend it for any car audio needs. Thank you Audible Difference for all your help, it was an absolute pleasure working with you.

Can't say enough good things about Scott, Shane and the crew. My vehicle presented a unique challenge when installing a new antenna. They worked diligently until they got it perfect. And never changed the quote they gave me despite the extra hours put in.

GM told me it was going to cost @ $1,800 plus tax to install a whole new CUE entertainment system, which is faulty to begin with and subject to a class action lawsuit by Cadillac owners. Luckily I found Scott and the team at Audible Difference in Brantford, ON. They replaced the factory digitizer, which was totally unresponsive, with a 3rd party one at a tiny fraction of the cost. The screen now works just as good as my cell phone and is incredibly responsive. It wasn't an easy task either. There were a few challenges, but the end result was amazing. If you ever have the need for any audio work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend these guys. They are professional, knowledgeable and committed to ensuring the best possible customer experience. Great family run business. Had an Apple CarPlay deck installed and after having some issues with the equipment although out of warranty Scott and Shane helped take care of my problem. Will definitely use again in the future. Thanks again for your great service

These guys do great work. If you want top tier quality and excellent service there is no other place to go in the area in my opinion. This is my second amplifier/woofer transaction with them and I have nothing but great things to say.
