The person who cleans this place has not been to clean this place in days and even she does she bring a gut in the back room and they sit back there for a while

I am not a usual laundry mat person. My home washing machine was on the fritz. I went to this laundry mat and found it clean and all the machines worked. My clothes were clean and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with 6 loads. I would recommend this laundry mat to anyone.

Dirty and dusty... I get it ... Laundromats are not always the cleanest or well maintained... But I watched the cleaner use the same mop she cleaned the floor with to clean the folding tables and surfaces of the washer/dryers, with water that smelled like Eggs.

Reasonably clean by most laundromat standards. I noticed a large area of rust on one of the largest washing machine doors (where it wouldn't contact the clothes). Of the three machines I used, the detergent/fabric softener intake chutes needed to be cleaned. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as any laundromat I've ever been to. Prices are market value or better. I paid more for the same volume of clothes at my last apartment building and also at the laundromat I then frequented.

Prices are the cheapest in Durham from what I've seen. Not heavy on traffic. Get in and out fairly quick with clean clothes.

A smaller sized facility but they have packed lots of washers and dryers into the space. Three sizes of washers (regular, large and giant), and large dryers. Prices are reasonable, place is clean and there is some free parking outside. Could be a challenge for wheelchair users, and there is no washroom on site.

Washers and driers are broken all the time, change machine also breaks often. Most washers say they take loonies and quarters but if you put in a loonie it either spits it back out or takes it but it doesn’t register so you lose your money. I’ve had lots of frustrating experiences and won’t be back.

Been here often as of late and I'm so sick and tired of the coin mechs in various machines not working. There is no attendant on site nor is there a customer service phone number to call. This place needs some repairs!!!

One person occupies 11 machines for 2 runs=22 times at once . This is normal on the weekends and holidays plus coin machine doesn’t work , bring coins with you

Iv been here many times over the past 12 years. It’s and ok quiet place to do laundry. My only complaints are no sink( I’ve had soap all over my hands),no air conditioning( very hot in the summer with the dryer running). Also that the machines eat your change if you don’t put them in just right.
