Paolini’s Sausage & Meats

Great selection of deli meats as well as frozen meals. Have used Paolini's for years for their butchering services for wild game. Cuts of meat are clean and well packed. Would highly recommend them for this service.

Tried their gator bites at the Stampede and they were overcooked and dry. Fries were alright though.

Edited at the bottom.I have patronized this place for many years. I went in today and was treated so poorly I will never step inside this place again! I cannot wear a mask over my face and with this covid stuff going around it has been hard. I went in and I was asked to put on a mask. I told the lady I cannot wear one but she asked me to leave, as some other people were inside I went out, once they were done and there was no one else inside I went back in and I told the lady that her own sign on the door said if I cannot wear one I am exempt. She raised her voice and shrieked while pointing to the door saying she did not care that I was to get out. Well I will NEVER be back!Edit.It has been just over two years since my original visit and I have yet to come back.

I have used Paolini's several times over the years for wild game processing and they never let me down. The animals are processed quickly and the packaging is excellent. Staff are also very friendly and remarkably well trained. I have never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend!Also their in house made sausages and the like are excellent. I love their Landjaeger!

Just bought spicy Hungarian sausage from here and it feels like it's raw on the inside. I called them and they said it is safe to eat but the texture is not right it feels and looks raw. I have never experienced dried sausage like this and am cooking it now hopefully we don't get sick...

Love this place. Best bratwurst in town in IMHO.

after going to this deli for almost 20 years it’s disappointing now nothing tastes the same! Some items are not even made anymore and the ones that are are not made the same. Nothing we have had is fresh, once the clerk had to open a brand new package because the one she was giving me smelled so bad to her. many times I called ahead because I’ve gone there three times from the NW & they have not been open during their opening hours only a note on the door. The last time I was there a week agoI phoned to confirm they would be open until 4 PM at 3:45 when I got there they said they could not use the slicer anymore and directed me to pre-packaged sausage meat. This is not acceptable and bad customer service. If you are open till 4 PM. You serve customers until 4 PM. Otherwise close at 3:45. I will be looking for a new deli as are many of my friends.

After Going to Paulinis for 20plus years my last 3 visits are very disappointing , Each visit I was served cold cuts that are old and tasting sour . The liver sausage was dark and almost green on arrival home . And despite asking for fresh meat salad the package date was Nov 4 , expiring tomorrow. Purchased yesterday What has happened to this Fine European Deli ??? Its best to go to Edelweiss to purchase Fresh product and pay a little more . Edelwiess offers Brant , Freybe, Paulini products which are control there , for freshness oso why cant they guarantee freshness in there own location ? Disgusted. Over the last 2 years the new ownership has really ruined the quality control of Freshness

Honestly very dissapointed. This falls deer order was incorrect again, I'll have to look for a new butcher for next year. Of you do plan on using it, be incredibly specific with your instructions and make sure to get a copy of the invoice first.
