I have visited a few branches, but never received the kind of customer service that I was afforded at the Erin Mills branch. The entire staff was very courteous and our advisor (Rajat Arora) was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had an appointment for 3pm and he was ready and waiting for us which was a pleasant surprise.Will definitely recommend this branch for all your banking needs.

Cozy branch, but my experience was suboptimal. I wanted to open a bank account and just walked in. A friendly receptionist put me on a cozy sofa to wait. I waited for 75 minutes with no result! First, some women, who came after me, went to see the consultant. OK

Melissa who was the financial advisor helping us today was absolutely rude and unprofessional. As someone who works in the corporate side of banking I know how important customer service is, if you’re going to be in a customer service role get a better attitude. Secondly don’t act like you are doing us a favour when it’s our money you are handling and we are entitled to it. We have multiple accounts with CIBC and have never received such poor customer service.

Amazing customer service and support at this branch. My advisor (Rajat Arora) was very helpful with all my inquires. All the paper work was done very efficiently and it felt like as if a friend was doing this job for me rather than a bank employee. And the advisor did an excellent job in creating a plan that was just right for me.This branch gets a 10/10 and I would highly recommend this branch to friends and family.

Really poor service and lack of communication from the mortgage agent at this branch. After multiple correspondence, provided a pre-approval letter with a wrong amount (did not add the upgrades to the original purchase price). Promised to call-back and discuss and never called back.

I came here to use atm. However it shows not until July 18th it’s June 13th. Wanted to use atm had to use driverthru which is unsafe specially during nights. Saw notice at doors and was disappointed.

Rajat Arora is an asset to this branch, in fact to the entire CIBC. He has been very helpful anytime I needed help. A few weeks ago I had a lot of things to get in order with my banking and Rajat took care of every single task very efficiently. If your business is at this branch, please ask for Rajat and you’ll make your life easy and won’t have to waste your precious time visiting the bank.
