Your average fast food joint. Service is average and cleanliness is average. However Jollibee shines with its food. As always, the food is fantastic. We usually go here if we need a quick meal and don't already have coupons for another place. It's close to home and the fried chicken is always full of flavor!To anyone who's never tried Jollibee, the Peach Mango Pie is so worth it! Please try it!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. We spent over $40 to eat three pieces of chicken and get food poisoning.I ordered a 10 piece spicy bucket last night. I ate half a drumstick and my stomach started hurting. My husband ate faster, so he finished two pieces before his stomach started hurting. We noticed the chicken had hot sauce inside the pieces like it had been injected into the chicken itself. The picture is a piece of thigh that I opened up and the red hot sauce was inside the chicken. I did not add any hot sauce. The skin was also super salty and abnormally spicy.I have ordered spicy chicken from here many times before and it's never been like this. I tried calling the store to see if they had changed the recipe and to find out what they had put in it because I was in so much pain. I called for half an hour until the store closed and no one picked up the phone. We also called poison control. My husband ended up throwing up and felt better than I did, but we were both in pain for over 3 hours. We will never order from this restaurant again.

Food was very good, employees were nice and respectful. Some of our order was going to take awhile to prepare but they let us know ahead of time and provided an estimate. Food was ready within that timeframe. Soft drinks have refills, a plus in my books for this fast food environment.I wish there were more tables since my group likes to dine-in but not a deal breaker. This place is popular with regular line ups and large orders. Pleased with the experience overall, my group agreed that the chicken tastes better than KFC and they like the pasta and Burger steak options too if they don't want to eat chicken with the rest of the group. This is my 2nd time here and both times have been a positive experience.

Service is slow for 2 pcs of chicken!! Store needs more maintenance, as there was water everywhere on the floor when I went !! little smelly !! chicken little salty for my taste !! fries okish !!

2nd time eating there, 3 pc spicy with mashed potatoes & gravy - The fried chicken is so on point! Nice and spicy - LOVE the crunch on their chicken.The mashed potatoes were not bad - the side of gravy was also not bad at all - Hence the 4 stars. (Love the thickness and chunkiness of the gravy). Next time I may try some of the other sides with my combo.I was told by a friend that some of their restaurants will do extra spicy" if requested (?) Next time I will ask.The staff was always up and very friendly the times I've been in. The restaurant itself looked nice and clean

Ordered Spicy Chicken but got the normal flavour with Spicy flags at top..LolPeople at the counter should practice how to greet customers, no hello, no thanks when we were there. Food wasn’t that great, i tried same a couple of times before at Kennedy Commons branch, Chicken used to well done, and comes with spicy powder at top. Nothing good going on at this place, not sure what’s wrong. After finishing the meal, one of the staff members were staring at us like “would these guys clean the table or not”. Of course we do, just allow us to wear jackets (outside was raining) first. Overall, had bad experience, wouldn’t recommend the place if you need respect & good food.

It’s very clean facility. Wait time was more then usual since only one counter was open. Good taste is average we go the special $10 chicken sandwich combo. Nothing too crazy in terms of the flavour. It’s just like other fast food joints.

I visited this store for the first time basically to see what Jollybee was all about. Reception was very rude , the two servers were looking at me and grinning for no reason . The girl who served me had more acne than carters has liver pills..lol.When I got home to try the chicken, one bite and the rest went into the garbage,Excessive fatoil was still dripping, disgustingFries were cold and dry.This type of food should not be sold to human beings. I feel its only fair to let the ministry of health check this place out. I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, was like talking to the wall.

The place was pretty crowded when we visitedGranted, it was lunch hour, and the location is at a plaza with other stores and a shared parking lot. We had to wait about 10-20 minutes before finally being served, and I had to catch a free table. It was quite noisy, and it took awhile until our food was ready. The prices here, are much higher than expected, especially compared to locations in the USA that I have visited. Their food was okay, though the gravy tasted more bland and like it was left out for too long. Overall, Jollibee has a good reputation for being a Filipino fats-food chain here, in North America. But I would not recommend this location, because of their limited spacing and tables available as well as the mediocre food. Best to find another Jollibee location instead of this one.
