Awful service. No one answers the phone to make an appointment which they recommend. And the line to see a teller is always obscenly long. On top of that I've been waiting for a call back now going on 3 weeks...

I just wanted to say I really appreciated Romeo Flores and his help. He was such a genuine person and truly wanted to go above and beyond to make sure I received great service! Big shout out to him!

If I could give this branch zero stars I would!I came here to cash a work check, my kids and I went to wait in line and the security guard had told them to have a seat, then the finance lady came out of her office, and asked my kids what they were doing there and I said oh the security guard has said they can sit down she turns looks at me and says I was talking to them not you! Extremely rude! I then said back those are my kids!! She then goes quiet and asks me what I was doing there? So I advise her to cash a check and she takes the check my bank card and ID comes back five min later and says due to the fact u don’t cash these checks regularly and ur not from Edmonton I have to hold your check, I felt extremely discriminated against and judged the way she was treating a BMO customer I took the check back from her and walked down the block to TD where I had no issues,judgement or rudeness put towards me!Shame on you BMO you should not treat your customers so rudely without customers you have no business!!!

This bank is the slowest bank and the worst customer experience. I also bank with CIBC and just come in rarely for BMO and now I know why I stopped all my regular banking with them . 45 minutes in line for a simple fee change. Compared to CIBC and everything I get and how efficient it is there. I just closed this account for good

Really bad customer service experience. I recently opened investment accounts with BMO. Appointments were booked with Romeo Flores.During the first appointment, without knowing my level of investment knowledge and experience, he wanted to present to me the slides he prepared for another client. Even though, his presentation was very basic and I have known these, I patiently listened till the end. When I provided my investment preference and risk tolerance, he laughed at me. His investment strategies is VERY conservative, and I understand he wants to play safe, however, it doesn't fit everyone, and other people's investment preference shouldn't be laughed at. I didn't point out his rudeness to him at that time with consideration of his feeling.Later, I need to assign beneficiary to my accounts, and he asked me to EMAIL the information to him - I don't know if BMO have ever had information safety training to their employees. But to ask client to send SIN, date of birth, full name, address and phone number all in one email is definitely something not appropriate.I told him I am not comfortable sending such email and would like to bring the information to him in person by booking an appointment. We were not able to have the appointment booked right away as he has vacation planed. The initial appointment was booked a couple weeks after that. The day before the appointment, I got sick, so I email informed him, and I also called and left a message to him in case he didn't check email timely. Then he rescheduled the appointment the second time, as he got sick.On the day of the appointment, I was late due to LRT track repair. I tried to call him but was not able to as there is no cell signal underground. As soon as I had signal, I called him and my first sentence was apologies Sorry

Romeo Flores has been my personal Senior Banker for the last couple years helping me navigate complex mortgage and HELOC renewals as well as opening business accounts. Highly recommended

My visit was fine. The only reason I came to this location was because I needed to activate a credit card. I was approached by a staff member right away but it took 20 minutes to get it activated. Not impressed with that. The bank location is newer and in the new Enbridge Tower. It is clean and well lit. Not sure why the put the public entrance and tellers on the second floor. Probably because there is a pedway coming over from Manulife Place. Anyways I won’t be coming back and I don’t have any accounts with BMO.

Customer support is condescending.Bank will steal money from you and then lie to your face about it.

Been long term customers of BMO and are generally happy with the service provided over the years. All our banking needs are taken care of at one place and the staff are always very helpful. Most recently, we've worked with Romeo Flores who is attentive to client needs, knowledgeable of products, and goes the extra mile.
