I can't say enough about Budget Blinds in McHenry. I ordered plantation shutters for my bathroom and it was not an easy install. The customer service was superb. Matt responded each time I had a concern even though he knew this window would give him trouble. I never waited long for his response and he always came out promptly. I would recommend them to anyone for the customer service alone. Thank you, Matt! I wish every company gave the same prompt attention and service.

Matt was immediate in responding to my request for a home visit via email-he called and emailed within minutes. I set up an at-home consultation with Matt within a couple days. He brought samples and made suggestions for my windows within my parameters. We were done with his visit within 15 minutes! He called on a Sunday to set up an install! They were installed, by Matt, at noon on Monday. They are awesome!A great experience with Budget Blinds of McHenry-thanks to Matt! I will definitely recommend Budget Blinds of McHenry.

Matt was very helpful, and efficient in measuring the needed windows and following up to install them. When he saw that one of the installed blinds was not the right size (the manufacturer sent the wrong size), he contacted the vendor and came back to install the correct one. He also patiently listened and made the needed adjustments to another blind that I wanted slightly raised. He was courteous and willing to listen to my questions and any concerns. I would recommend his services to others.
