The best service every time. The most excellent quality pieces. This place will not disappoint. Alla is the best at reading her clients’ needs and bringing them to the exact spot in the showroom that will meet their needs. Highly recommend !! My first choice hands down.

I have been a proud client for over a decade. I've furnished two condos and now my new house with various pieces from Decorium and they have all lasted very long - the quality is top notch.Their customer service and support is wonderful as well - Renata has been my sales consultant since the beginning and she knows me better than I know myself! Maribeth and Prince do a tremendous job leading deliveries and installation. Their white glove service is respectful, clean and professional.Alex

After many months of searching I finally purchased my dream couch. Renata was amazing every step along the way from providing me with swatches to regular updates regarding the status of my order. If you're looking to update your space I would highly recommend Decorium for their customer focus staff and vast furniture selection.

We were fortunate to have timed the construction of our new home before COVID-19 drastically changed all of our lives. The selection of furniture did however fall at the beginning of the change". The Decorium staff was amazing at assisting in the selection process of our furniture needs

We were very happy with Decorium from Alla selling us the love seat, and her regular updates, to the two men who installed the piece last Friday. They came right at the early time in the two or three hour window, which pleased us, and they really did everything perfectly. Very happy with all of it.Thanks,Karen

DECORIUM provides excellent customer service. Their staff is knowledgeable, proficient and we’re quick to respond to my every need.They have a great product selection. I highly recommend DECORIUM.UPDATE:I needed an accent chair for my couch. The staff suggested a selection of several chairs but highly recommended one that they thought would complement my sofa very well. They were right! I would not have selected that chair but it turned out to be the ideal chair.DECORIUM staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They offer the BEST customer service, both in-store and after sales. I will only buy furniture at DECORIUM. Thanks DECORIUM team!

WOW - what a great experience. I needed a minor repair done to a Stressless stool. Maribeth did a great job arranging me to drop by with the stool to see Danny in the warehouse. They both were amazing - really nice and Danny repaired the stool within a day or two. This was an amazing experience, Danny was outstanding did a great job on the minor repair and outstanding customer service. Next time I need to buy furniture I am calling Decorium and asking for Maribeth or Danny!!! Thanks for the great service - it was 5 Star!!!

I have shopped at Decorium for years and have always been satisfied. Adriana's service is excellent, she is very professional, kind and even guesses my preferences. Furnishings are of good quality and style. The delivery service is also amazing. I would certainly buy more often if they had more furniture in stock. I definitely recommend this store.

Honestly, Decorium is Toronto’s best place to shop furniture from.I am 100% satisfied with their services and the quality of the furniture. They have amazing selections for each room. My entire family has been shopping furniture from them since 2011.But what makes this place amazing is Mr. Raffle. He is an excellent sales person and decorator. He’s very kind and caring. He always welcome us to the store with great appreciation and smile. Mr. Raffael is very honest and he never tries to push selling.I highly recommended this place.

Thank you to Howard Forberg who provided exemplary customer service from beginning to end. We purchased a couch virtually and he even helped us pick fabric through FaceTime!! The couch arrived earlier than expected (we live in another city!) and couldn’t be more perfect. We always shopped at Decorium when we lived in Toronto, and now we can continue to shop there virtually! Fabulous experience. I highly recommend d Decorium!
