I went to Fade'ology for the first time last week on my birthday. I am new to this part of town and wanted to find a barber I could stick with. I found HIM. Jimmy was great. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have a half fro and wanted one side shaved/ with a fade and a line. I trusted Jimmy immediately and felt super comfortable in his hands. I highly recommend!

After 8 years I decided to cut my locks and start fresh. That was back in 2015. With the help of my brother, Jimmy has been cutting my hair cut on and off since then, first when he was with G&G Barbershop and now at his own establishment, Fade’ology. As a Black woman who likes to keep her short hair looking fresh, I can be certain that each time I enter Jimmy's barbershop, I will feel safe and welcomed. Finding a barbershop that can be a safe space for women in Montreal can be very difficult and Jimmy’s professionalism is top-notch!

I think it’s the right place to have an amazing haircut for me it's the best barbershop in the town Michael is very professional and a perfectionist plus he is a super friendly and cool dude and he helps me to feel confident

Best barbershop in town hands down - Jimmy is an all time legend. Insane consistency, and always takes the time for details. I had one cut from Mike as well, and the service was top tier - the guy is a wizard with the straight razor, and gave me one of the cleanest line-ups. 1000% recommend.

Takes too much time for a simple haircut, me and my friend went there and he took 2 hours to do a simple fade, and at the end it was a terrible cut. Then when we ask for the price he tells us the double of what he said before, only because it took time for him. I would never go there anymore. Bad behaviour.

It a been almost 3 years now that go to this place. Place is really chill, Jimmy John and Rebecca are really friendly, going there is like being a family member, and the price is good for the work. I totally recommand
