A week ago I took in my Ironman watch to have the battery changed. I had just prior worn it in an aquafit class and to shower. The owner (Wife) changed the battery. I later washed my hair and the watch filled with water. Timex told me it had not been closed properly. I went back and the husband told me I had to speak to his wife. Today I went back and the wife tells me the watch wasn’t worth repairing. Of course it’s not a new one is $60. She made all these excuses and after I insisted she refunded the cost of the battery only. The watch was working perfectly and is now garbage thanks to these people. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!

ZERO STARS! terrible experience. rude and racist owners. very dismissive too! I came in to see a few items and measure my ring size. the owner said it costs $45 to measure my ring size. I said that's impossible and asked him to explain the cost. He then started yelling and swore at me after I visibly got upset. DO NOT COME HERE!

They replaced my watch batteries for about $10 per watch while I waited and offered a 3 month warranty on the batteries. Thank you.

To be honest, I don't purchase gold and jewelry often but I was looking to purchase a gold chain for my nephew's baptism recently. I was referred to Aguiar by a friend of mine who lives in the neighborhood and highly recommended them. When I first went in to the store, I wasn't even sure exactly what I was looking for, I spoke with a gentleman (I think his name was Ed). He walked me through the whole process, what popular products they carried and spent time to find me something that looked great and accommodated my budget. It seemed like a family operated business which I also liked ( I say this because there was a more senior lady in the store, who I believed was Ed's mother). Anyways, I like that about the vibe, and I prefer to shop local/small business. It was a low pressure sale, my family was complimenting my purchase and I had a good overall experience. I highly recommend this place!

The most perfect place to get it all done! Beautiful collection of jewelry and honestly the best repair place for all your favourite pieces. Got my necklace repaired and my two heirloom pendants restored for such a reasonable price! Thank you so much!!

No aftercare customer service exists at this place. No apologies for bad service was provided. No refund for faulty service. Will be reporting them to ON Association for unprofessional conductDetails: I got my gold necklace fixed only so 2 days later it broke exactly at the same spot they apparently fixed it. Went back hoping for a complimentary fix as I already paid for something that lasted no more than 2 days. The owner Edmondo said it wasn't his problem. No apologies, no eye contact when giving me back my item, not possible to even get partial refund. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Bad customer service. Insisted on my ring size and refused to let me try a different one.Litterally kicked me out.

I live in the neighbourhood and the staff here were so friendly, they’ve been a pillar in this community for over 20 years and I highly recommend their good honest work. They fixed my grandma’s chain and I can not even notice the repair. Highly recommend ...anyone who left a negative review shame on you this is legit as a jewellery store as they come these days.

I needed baptism jewelry. I wasn't disappointed coming here. They have a great jewelry selection to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Father and son run this location. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable about clocks. I highly recommend them.
