I bought a Highline Arc The Complete solution 2-piece 1.28 GPF single flush Elongated Toilet in white and had it installed by the contractors from Home Depot two weeks ago and am very pleased with the performance.The Sales Agent Pritt was very polite and explained to us in detail about the product. She arranged the shipping schedule and the installation was done the very next day.The Installation was carried to a very high standard by Mohammad the technician. He took pride in his work and was at all times very polite and kind. The debris was cleared and the toilet was left spotless.Mohammad comes well recommended by us and is a great asset for Home Depot

Should keep the Garden Center open for garden needs only. Lately we have to lineup just to get in the Garden Center. Even if you don’t want to buy anything from the main store. Pls open up the garden Center only for our garden needs. We don’t want to lineup just to pickup a thing or to from garden centre only. People were asking just to shop at garden Center only cashier advise shoppers to wait in the line even if they wanted a bag of garden soil, doesn’t make sense. So many people were upset and turned back while I was waiting in line.Online order:I had placed few online orders. 1st one took about few days. 2nd one took about 11 days. My 3rd order was cancelled because someone was lazy to find the door I ordered online so they cancelled the order. 4th order took about 14 days it’s was only a small can of white paint. Now I don’t order anything on line at this Home Depot. It’s terrible

I bought kitchen appliances and was helped by store associate Walter. He was both professional and friendly as we went through our shopping experience. Walter was very helpful. As we went to the cashier, beautiful Zena cashed us out. She is a charming lady with great customer service skills. Both Walter and Zena are great employees of this store.

Front entrance and you walk in and see this!That’s a deal! Right!Gurpeet the manager says ohh it’s for the each sponge!Like why would you price something like this! !The picture says $3.98 each ! On top of it says $0.67 each!Management didn’t honour the mistake and taught me math!

Yesterday I had the chance to visit Airport and Queen store to buy Garden water pipe and few other things. Komalpreet served me there. She is so soft spoken and knowledgeable girl and helped me even to place 2 big bags of soil to my car.I really love to visit this store again.

I had visited Home Depot at Airport Rd, Brampton to purchase a Kohler brand toilet. Same product was at a sale at Lowes. I asked the cashier to price match. She tried to check some manufacturer number on lowes website and couldn't get a match. I asked if they could actually search the lowes website with the word 'Koher toilet'. She was not willing to do that and said they search by certain manufacturer number and it has to show up. If it doesn't show up then the product has different features. I had already compared the feature on the two websites and they were same. The original price of the product was also same on both website. Am not sure if these stores actually ask the manufacturers to have different numbers for the same model at competitor store to avoid price matching. The gap was only $25 on a $300 toilet seat but i found the service level to be lacking.

Poor customer service. My cashier’s name was Pooja. He gave me false information in order to get my details and sign me up for a Home Depot credit card. He specifically told me that I would get $30 off my current purchase immediately if I had applied for the card. He then made me use my own credit card to pay. When I questioned why I would need pay in full with my own credit card, he said that he thought that he gave me the right information. After applying for the card, he said he didn’t know that this would happen even after I’ve repetitively asked whether that $30 off will apply on the current purchase. If you don’t know information in it’s entirety, DO NOT proceed. This is wrong, you are feeding false information to customers and ultimately deceiving them. This for all I know could just be a tactic to make a sale. Terrible.

Absolutely love this store! Just finishing up a year-long entire house reno and so I’ve been to this store pretty much every other day for an entire year. The staff are ALL so helpful and approach you to see if you need help, unlike some other stores (I won’t name names, but they’re “blue”) where it’s like the employees hide from customers. The owner of this store, Mike, is especially awesome.

However, there was a major issue that significantly impacted my experience.While browsing the aisles, I stepped on a few stray nails that were scattered on the floor. Not only was this painful, but it also posed a serious safety hazard. I'm lucky I didn't get injured, but I worry about other customers who might not be as fortunate.I reported the issue to a staff member, who promptly apologized and removed the nails from the floor. While I appreciated the quick response, it was concerning that such a hazard existed in the first place. A store like Home Deposit should prioritize safety and cleanliness to ensure the well-being of its customers.In summary, Home Deposit offers a great selection of products and helpful staff, but my experience was marred by the safety hazard I encountered. I recommend visiting Home Deposit for your home improvement needs, but I also urge customers to be vigilant and watch their step while shopping. The management should take necessary steps to ensure a safer shopping environment for everyone.
