He did uncover a few issues with the home and thanks to his explanation and knowledge of repair costs, we were able to get a slight price adjustment from the seller. We have contacted Kevin a couple of times since we've moved in with follow-up questions and he is always happy to respond as well as provide recommendations.When we compare Kevin's service with the inspection we had done on our last home, we would definitely hire Kevin again.
