Simcoe Concrete Forming

I’ve done 2 foundations with Simcoe Concrete Forming.. Last one being a waterfront walkout with poor soil conditions, quite complicated, requiring piles & grade beam. Marc and Luc were fantastic; offering advice when I'd ask for it, flexibility in their schedule, and attention to detail; James and his crew followed my cut sheet to a tee with a quality end product. Very happy Customer. Thanks again.

This Company when it was run by Michel was fantastic!, since his brother marc took over it has gone drastically down hill!. They are not able to make dates and times, they lie right to your face regarding when they will show up and wont return phone calls when they know they are wrong. I would not recommend this compmay to anyone!! I am a builder and do many foundations a year and these guys have dropped the ball and screwed up many of my timelines do to lies and pour schduleling. I will never EVER!! Use them again!.

Great service, and easy to talk to you. Worked within my timeines and was very happy with the end product.

The quote I received was reasonable. The staff were helpful, knowledgable, polite, and were easy to speak to over the phone. They even had a plan for when they could do the work as quoted.

called luc at simcoe concrete forming looking for a quote for a foundation. told him where i live and a little bit about the job. he said email him a picture and he could ballpark me a quote and would get back to me in a week. a month than later I get an email from him saying they don't travel to where I live it's to far.this company is in Barrie. I live in Beeton. that's 20 minutes south. on the website they say they travel all the way to newmarket which is about 40-50 minutes depending on traffic. now I don't actually care if they were interested in the job. I am totally fine if he said not interested sorry. but I hate being lied to. that to me shows a very very lousy business model. if hes willing to lie about something so small and simple what else will they lie about??certainly not the type of company I will ever want to do business with.
