Kim was awesome. She had everything ready for me when I got there. She made sure I understood everything (paper work ) and walked me through anything I wasn't able to comprehend. She contacted me a few times afterwards, to make sure I was doing okay.I hope I don't have to but I will her again.

Kim has helped our family through the passing of both of my parents. We were led to her through word of mouth, but upon passing of my mother, it was clear to my entire family who we would be looking to when my father passed. We can not say enough about the absolute compassion, etiquette, and professionalism we have experienced with Kim and her team. I have nothing but good things to say about Cypress. When my dad passed away, my wife referred me to them. Inside of 6 or 7 hours my dad was in their care and they filled out all the necessary forms. All I had to was sign. Moreover, they were very compassionate and caring. Their pricing was very reasonable. My dad's ashes were in my possession within a few days. They were simply awesome.

Kim and the team at Alternatives Funeral were so great to deal with. Kim was kind, understanding and so caring. She took the time to listen, and was a shoulder to cry on in a hard time. She made the process fast and simple. They were there on call right when we needed them, and the team was very professional and compassionate. They even take the time to check up on you later on.
